I found The Car Site to be very good, there was a small issue with the car shortly after the sale which they resolved immediately with the questions or arguments and the car has been running fine since.

I found the Car Site London to be rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Wouldn't waste your time and effort going there. They obviously don't really need the business. Steer clear.is my advice.
What a great experience , the guys were great and not pushey what made me feel more safe and happy from buying from them, highly reccommend to any1 looking to buy a quality car.
The car had problems in the first few hours of me having it home, dealing with Car Site to get it fixed has been a long and arduous hassle. They have been unhelpful, disorganised and disputing me every step of the way. I really do not recommend this dealership to anyone who is wanting to buy a car.

AVOID AVOID AVOID please do not buy a car from this company was sold a car un fit for purpose car at a time where I was 7 months pregnant. Had untold problems since the day after I bought it. Kept taking it back and they kept fobbing me off and were very rude. A ford Focus which cost £3,00 and have paid out a good £1500 to have fixed. Bought it 9 months ago and now gearbox gone. I do not recommend The Car Site London.
Be very careful when purchasing any car from The Car Site in London, as like others on here after a matter of days or hours in my case things went wrong with the car. False promises to get car fixed and resolved were made to me.

For me what stood out was their brilliant service during my whole car buying experience, from viewing the car to following it through and purchasing it. The knowledge the staff provided when I asked them questions to the wonderful selection of cars they had in stock. The whole package was brilliant, definitely exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended and my daughter who is now purchasing a car through this dealership, very impressed.
