I bought a Nissan Pulsar from Sean and Julian about 10 days ago and am totally delighted with the whole set up, their integrity, and caring attitude. I did a very good deal and feel totally safe that I will get nothing but good ongoing care and service. A call came in from a distressed customer whilst we were there and Sean dropped everything to sort out their problem for them, immediately!! Fantastic. We purchased a Hyundai i10 for our son a few weeks ago, The service was very efficient. Although when my husband tested the car he did mention that the clutch was a little stiff. My son drove it for 2 weeks and also said that the clutch wasn't right. I called Carfella who could not have been more accommodating, they asked me to bring the car in so they could get their mechanic to look at it. This was on Friday, I received a call from them yesterday to inform me the car was fixed and ready to collect. They also provided me with a courtesy car until the car was ready. I am really happy with the outcome thanks very much.
I won't be going anywhere else now I've bought from Carfella. I was recommended their service by multiple people and I now know why. Sean and the whole team were so welcoming and helpful. The service is 5* and entirely personalised. Sean is honest and trustworthy, and he goes above and beyond to ensure you're well looked after. I went in with a very low budget and I came away with a car I'm so, so happy with. Carfella are well respected and they are the go-to for second hand cars in Hertfordshire. Highly recommended - you won't be disappointed! Thank you guys!

Any car dealer can sell a car, it takes a good honest dealer to stand by their warranty and fix a problem if it arises. The Carfella are NOT this kind of dealership

This seems a very suspect review to me - from an anonymous compeditor?
DO NOT USE The Carfella- as soon as you have an issue the friendly service goes out of the window, the guy who owns it is patronising and rude and after taking the car back for him to fix the issue, having the car for a week it still wasn't fixed. They kept wanting it back to have another go, tried going through the AA dealer promise and it's more than useless, gave up on trying to reach a reasonable solution they'll keep running you round in circles but do the bare minimum to fix any problems and will refuse to refund the car which is your statutory right when purchasing a car. I just got rid of it for a fraction of what I paid the car after the transmission went (original fault) Avoid this garage at all costs if you value your money.

I also had this exact same issue with Carfella. I'm quite shocked at how good their ratings are, but perhaps they're only bad when you buy a car that brakes soon after from them. They also kept wanting it back and the problem never went away, eventually we gave up trying as they wore us down and we had to sell the car for scrap.
Absolutely lovely service from The Carfella Ltd. Would recommend 100%. Polite, professional and don’t sell unnecessary extras. Thank you and will most definitely see you soon.
