I purchased a BMW X6 off the dealer in April of this year from the Cheshire Motor Company. The company provided me with 3 months warranty (and used this as the sole reason as to why they would not negotiate on the price). I drove all the way to Manchester, to pick up the car, when I got back to London, I realised the parking sensor was missing. I contacted the company and they said to take it to a local garage, and identify the problem for a reasonable price. I wasted an entire day searching for the best prices, because I thought it would be nice thing to do for them, and finally found someone to identify and fix the problem for a very cheap price. I spoke to the company, and they said as it is under warranty they will cover the cost. I have emailed the company multiple times, they initially responded to me saying they would cover the cost and "transfer the money on Tuesday". This did not happened. I have followed up with Mark, the main guy multiple times, and all of my emails are being completely ignored. I know for a fact they are not going to junk because my initial emails went through just fine. This complete is lying and deceitful. Avoid them and do not do business with them at all costs, they cannot even honour their basic warranty and let me drive away with a car that is as they claim, in "perfect condition".

I bought a mercedes here in December 2021,3 months warranty with it, as soon as the warranty was up it started, gearbox auxiliary pump, footbrake cable, dpf issues, oil cooler, £2300 pounds so far, its a Bank Holiday weekend now and guess where my car is, up on the garage ramps, again, I would not recommend this garage one bit, £11345 paid for the car and I can see that it's going to be the same again to keep it on the road, oh and looking at previous mot's on gov website, my car went from 88000 miles one year, upto 155000 the next, and back to 91000 the year after, please check everything before a purchase from these rogues, and that's all they are

Bought a BMW from this company, which had an issue straight off the forecourt. I agreed to take it on the condition of an extended off site warranty. After an issue arose within 4 weeks, they went back on this promise despite me having it in writing and demanded I bring it to them. Very difficult to contact, have to continuously chase for updates. Terrible after service. I would absolutely not recommend.

Awful customer service. The under tray fell off my car 4hrs after leaving the garage. Which has still not been replaced 4 months later. I have also had battery issues since leaving the garage, which the promised me they checked, and after 2 months I have no resolution with this either. Absolutely would not recommend this garage.

Been ripped off buying a dodgy vehicle that broke down within 20 days of having it. Very poor communication from manager that failed to return any calls and lack of information given in pack.

Beware of this company, been trying to sort out an overdue invoice and been given excuse after excuse of when payment will be made. Manager spends all day in meetings and never return calls to sort this out. Pathetic!

Go elsewhere. They are simply not worth the stress. Pile em high sell em cheap. They damaged my car prior to pickup and didnt tell me. Charming and laughing and joking when they try to sell you a car Once theyve got your money and bonus payment, the customer service is downhill from there. Dont return calls, regularly chase after them. The amount of trips down to the garage and the diesel used and stress is ridiculous...3 attempts to get damage caused by them put right. There is no quality control and you have to have your wits about you so you dont get shafted...i seriously think stevie wonder and ray charles could do better than these cowboys...honesly go elsewhere..people like this only start taking notice when it affects their bottom line...youve been warned!!!!!!!
