Absolute shambles, the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I bought this car two weeks ago, 2013 Audi TTS Black Edition, so a fairly premium car. Firstly I was told the car was ready to collect, upon arrival after a 6 hour journey, it clearly wasn't, I had to wait for around 2.5 hours while they rushed around fixing problems with the car, some of which are still not rectified. *It had 7000 more miles on it than advertised *Radio volume knob was snapped off, two weeks later still not replaced. *Radio system amplifier broken so no sound (again, two weeks later still no sign of replacement) Can't even give me an ETA. *Car started misfiring the next day, was told to go find a mechanic and deal with it myself. * Rear light not fixed properly and there is a plastic nut rattling around inside the hatch cover. * Car had not been cleaned to any standard. You may get lucky with them, but if the car has any issues they don't seem to really care, so be warned.

I bought a BMW 520D from the company I should of sent the car back once I got the V5 was advertised as 2015 registered turns out was 2014. Delivery was delayed due to MOT Failure. When I got the car there was a strong smell of exhaust fumes coming into the cab and intermittent engine management light. Initially all seemed great told to take to garage for inspection, this was at the start of lock down. I was advised that there was a fault with the exhaust manifold which should solve the engine management light got a date for the car to be repaired advised would be done same day, advised needed car back asap due to being a Paramedic who home visits. No contact from garage who let me down by keeping the car for nearly a week. Try getting a hire car during lock down not easy. Got the car back the following day the engine management light came on and there was a terrible vibrating noise coming from the engine. Spoke to Dom who advised me to take back to the original garage as they need to resolve the issue. It turns out they had sheared a bolt off a engine part and it was vibrating against the inside panel instead of doing a proper job they just cable tied it back to the engine. I reported back to Dom about 1 month ago saying I was not happy with the repair and the ongoing engine management light being on and requested that they contact me once they were open for business as yet no further contact from the company I am left with a faulty car which I paid a significant amount of money for. I would not deal with this company again as once they sell a car they don't wish to do after sales.

The staff at The Cheshire Motor Company are professional, knowledgeable and helpful especially Mark. He couldn't help us enough. The buying process was quick and easy which you need when making a large purchase such as a car. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they even helped me to send off my V5. I am reassured that if there are any issues with my Ford Fiesta I will be well looked after.

I've written a review before,it was a bad review as within 4 months of having the car was found to have a suspected cracked head gasket but since then it has come to light that my car was sold with fraudulent service documents and this car has actually never been serviced and all the places it's meant to have been serviced have confirmed that they have never had this vehicle in their garage just to clarify no it's never had a different plate on it. One of these fraudulent reports have been confirmed to be fraud by ford themselves! So good luck in court! Stay away from these cowboys stay far away

Poor seller. Avoid it. Mark is very good liar, He will tell how good vehicle You will get until He got Your money. Then If You got any problems with that vehicle everything will be different. Do not recommend The Cheshire Motor Company to anyone!!!!
