Purchased a Ford Fiesta. The car has had no issues. The buying experience was a good one, as the staff here were polite and respectful. I would purchase from them again.

When I think of buying a car, I think of: frustration, pushy employee’s - smothering and persuading you to buy a vehicle that is out of your price range, or something you did not come looking for. I did not feel this way at any time here. My experience was made by some of the most “chill” employee’s a business could have! I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk, Sally. Sally guided me in a non-aggressive or pushy environment, helping me view the cars with all the keys I required and also made me a nice cup of tea! I was introduced to the salesmen Andy and Mark - (Mark who sold me the car) was extremely knowledgeable about the information he had provided me, and explained everything to me in a way that I would understand! He was very easy to talk to and made me feel extremely comfortable in choosing the right car to fit my needs! I was able to test drive a few different cars of my choice with a lovely young man called Jordan, which is a huge bonus – not feeling pressured while driving is a nice feeling, good conversation and no awkwardness! I do not usually write reviews but the customer service here was impeccable. A big thank you to Mark, Andy, Jordan and Sally. Service like this is what makes businesses stand out! Affordable cars being sold by friendly and approachable staff. I highly recommend asking for Mark if you are on the hunt for a good quality used car!!

I don’t normally write anything about my experiences, but the service and kindness and understanding I have received from Mark was outstanding. Also how great to phone a company and have your calls answered so quickly and by a friendly member of the team Sally. They went the extra mile with a nice cup of coffee and some biscuits. Sally helped keep my son occupied for me (he can get antsy very quickly) .Thank you so much for this great experience, I will sure be back in the future

We hadn't made a final decision at the end of the first visit, but again felt no pressure to make that decision before we left. Once we had decided, the process moved very quickly. I appreciated Marks forthright approach with respect to our potential trade-in. He explained the factors involved in the estimate and was up front in telling us why they couldn't match what I was looking for. Our Golf was ready for us the day and time promised and was spotless. Amazing service! First time I had used this company. I contacted the team during the week to enquire about a vehicle as could not visit till late weekend and was advised to call prior to heading off incase its sold and also to put a £50 deposit down to secure the car (which was also fully refundable!). I received good service on the phone and very friendly and trusting service from arrival through to the sale. Mark (the salesman) joked that my car would 'smell like a poodles parlour' after its valet, I don't know about that but the stains of the seats were all gone and it looked fab & brand new pretty much! I would definitely recommend the team. No games & very friendly!
