I purchased my car January 2018 was given a 12 month platinum warrenty with my car. I was happy with the service until i tried to claim on my warrenty early December 2018 to be told the warrenty does not stand as all warranties from discount diesal company have been put on hold . . . I went to the garage lot to my surprise NO LONGER trading . So mon i have to foot the cost of repairs which should of been covered by this so called platinum warrenty. Surely the father and son run company should of domr the right thing and contact there customers to let them know the situation . Not happy .
Went to view a car at the Discount Diesel Company and appiled for finance all went throu arranged with garage will call in Friday they agreed in meantime they sold the car didn't even have decency to call poor customer service.

I have recently purchased my new vehicle from this family run business how delighted I am with the service that the Father and Son have gave me . Bought a vw cc from them after a month the car broke down i was given a loan car and the car was repaired and since runs great.will definitely return to the discount diesel company.

Excellent experience. I bought a Honda Accord back in June and I have had no issues at all. The car was immaculate and drives really well. The dealers were very informative and helpful. I am really pleased.
