This company is dangerously incompetent. After having serious problems with our car within days of purchase it was returned to the garage for repair at least five times only to be returned to us still broken. The company returned the car to us with a break caliper without bolts in causing it to fall off and the breaks to fail. The car has since been to two local garages that have refused to work on the car due to concerns over how badly the car has been bodged together. We have been left severely out of pocket from this company with a car that is still broken. Avoid this company as they are dangerously incompetent

Recently bought the above car June 23; found to be a great company to do business with, and the car was exactly as described, I live in Devon so a long way to go and view, so I bought it by pictures and talking to the sales staff who gave me the impression of honesty and trust, thank you to all who I spoke with, and yeah had the car delivered with no problems and it’s a great car,

So far we are pleased with the car but very disappointed overall with the service. As a point of note - they don't negotiate on price. Spent a whole day trying to get through - phone calls and requests to book a test drive went unanswered and the chat function is a bot - finally got through on the second day.. After purchase, the fuel warning light came on immediately we left the premises and our 50 mile journey home started with a scrabble to the nearest petrol station (and they are not located in Hertford but on a farm in the middle of nowhere.) A small thing but leaves one with a bit of a sour taste in the mouth and now a niggling worry that there may be trouble ahead.
