****DO NOT BY FROM THIS GARAGE**** ***BLACK PEUGEOT 2008 REG KP71OWE.*** After taking this car home we noticed a oil leak on our driveway the first morning. We used the warranty that was give to us when buying the car.We took it to a garage through AA,they kept the car for 2 days. They told us it had 2x water leaks,1x oil leak, something wrong with the breaks. It should never of passed an MOT & that they would not touch the car & to Return the car back to the garage. Day 4 we called The original garage an explained we wanted to Return. They said someone would call us back,no response. So on day 6 we returned the car.We arrived an was kept there for 1an half hours. Our response was the car should not of been sold,it shouldn't of passed a MOT,Warranty won't touch it. The sales man kept mentioning fixing the car,Which we refused an just wanted a refund.Left with a email stating we had returned the car. 3days later we called for a update on refund. They told us the car was fixed an we could pick it up,Even after we spent 1an half hours explaining we had Zero trust in the garage & wanted to return. They completely ignored our request to return. Once they realised we wasn't backing down they told us we was going to be charged £300 for the log book to be changed back.£320 for mileage.Thats £620 in total for a car that shouldn't of been sold.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are entitled to a full refund.Which the bank has said they will get back from this company. We have contacted DVSA & the Ombudsman and reported the garage & the MOT test centre.DO NOT BUY!!!! Car was a black ***BLACK PEUGEOT 2008REG KP71OWE ***

AVOID! this company was absolutely awful after the money had been taken from me for the car they have now added over £200 on as I returned it as it was sent out with curbed alloys, kicked in air vents, the bumper has actually been rear ended then coloured in with pen, the strong smell of smoke and the tyre presser sensor broken after being told it would be fixed by the time I collect it then when I go to collect it it was parked on double yellows and the driver couldn’t get away quick enough. I understand second hand cars have a certain standard with them but after a week of getting quotes to get it fixed this totalling £1600 and plenty of failed call backs from them I asked to return the vehicle. Well apparently even within the 14 days they were saying I was expected to allow them to rectify and rejecting my return! My partner had to call them as obviously an angry man at the end of the phone got the outcome I had asked for rather than a young woman!! The car should never of been sent out in the condition it was in. Cause I wanted to return it they wanted £784 for the miles added onto it! 250 miles were them driving it back. Luckily I had an amazing finance company that were able to help in getting my deposit back as the garage was only wanting to refund £6100 from a £7138 deposit I put down on the car which took them 14 days to return. Car was BMW 218i in blue bp71 uvg

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* Currently dealing with Trading Standards. The car they have sold myself was faulty,it was purchased blind over the phone stating it was in perfect condition but driving home the oil light flashed up on the dash after saying the vehicle was serviced. SHOCK..after seeing other recent reviews with regards to oil problems. I purchased a vehicle from TMMC in August 2023 and still continuing to contact every day to be responded with getting no further. These guys are cowboys. They don't have a *Logistics Team* they don't have any policies put in place, they just take your money. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Agreed in writing to a refund no surprises this hasn't materialised . The negative reviews totally outweighs the positives

Car purchased for £5490 and before it was home the red engine oil light came on and we found an invoice detailing the fault of metal pieces in the oil filter which would require sump removal for additional checks hidden in the sun visor with no mention of the fault during the sale. The garage was contacted and they agreed to pay for work to try and remedy the fault. After the work was completed the fault was still there with the red engine oil light coming on intermittently. Several attempts to contact the company have been ignored and the issue has been referred to trading standards and the motor Ombudsman. Avoid this company at all costs
