My husband and I bought my daughter a Fiat 500 from Danny and Maz. From beginning to end they were organised, truthful, and honest. We bought the car without seeing it and relied totally on what they told us. When the car arrived from Halifax to London the very next day after we paid for it we couldn’t be happier. It was everything they told us it was. And they had been true to their word with what they had included in the package. Thank you so very much we have one very happy almost 17 year old.

We rang up before we set off to say we'd like to test drive a particular car, travelled 2 hours to get there and found the car we wanted was stuck in a gridlock of at least 40 other cars that would have to be moved to try ours. The salespeople kepy us waiting and waiting, the car was a mess (broken wing mirror, lose engine pan and rusted from lack of attention). And then the sales person had the audacity to ask whether 'we had a deal!!!' I will never go near this place again....

Bought an Audi A3 from Motor Arena two weeks ago. The car was great, very low mileage, clean inside and out. There was an issue with the rear LED light leaking water into the cluster, the rear bumper also had play. I took the vehicle back to the garage and they installed a brand new Audi rear LED light and reseated the rear bumper. All good as new. Was kept upto date every step of the way by a member of staff and the turnaround time was 2 days. Great customer service!!

Don't ever go to this place. They verbally abused my daughter , they had car for a week never fixed it They aren't capable of fixing anything they sell I put some of the blame on auto trader and the AA and RAC for endorsing these type of places I will now have to go down the legal route and all the time that takes AVOID !!

The worst place to buy your car. If you have an issue with the car they will not call you back regarding the matter. Even if you have a valid warranty they wont bother. The business is just not interested in providing good customer/ consumer services. Theres a asian girl at reception with no customer skills. Will never go back to these guys. Motor arena halifax is the worst place to buy your car.

Avoid these con men!!! Went to view a audi couple days ago and lets say the car was pretty much unroad worthy.. Also while i was there got speaking to a very nice car valeter who also told me i would be better elsewhere. All they do is go to aution buy any car add couple thousand to price and sell to us with out the car being checked.
