My son px a car in September and they still haven’t paid the finance off. Solicitors and on the case. Crooks stay well away from them.

I wanted to purchase a car from The Motor Arena. They persuaded me to pay a deposit to them at 8pm over the phone, so I paid £100, i came home spoke with my partner and realised that our finances are not as i thought they would be, so I rang at 10am to cancel. At first the manager answered and said you'll have to speak with the person who took the deposit and he starts work at 1pm, so I rang again and they said no problem we'll refund all deposits at 5pm, then at 5pm i rang they said it will take 48 hours they said dont worry too much about it you'll receive it. I rang after 48 hours and they said they they spoke with the manager and the manager doesnt want to give it back to me. They are proper scammers as they know if they kill time by 48 hours, then you cant ask your bank to refund it back. They've done this too many times to become professional scammers like this. They lied to me for 4 days and stole my money. Its £100 i have paid by debit card. There is a 14 days cooling off period according to the UK law.

I have just picked up my Kia from Motor Arena in Halifax. There was a minor problem which was sorted out promptly as soon as the spares arrived. This was done in a friendly courteous manner. I would recommend this company. 😀

This is my second car from motor arena due to my previous car unfortunately being written off in an accident. I contacted Danny again and he was more than helpful. I was previously going for an older car but was struggling to get finance so I got a car 2 years newer for £10 a month more which for the type of car is great. It is lovely, no problems whatsoever and Danny actually spent a long time making sure he got me a good deal, as did maz. Very friendly and helpful people, thank you very much.

Paid a deposit and did not get my money back within the agreed time period . Customer service is very very bad Never ever buy a vehicle from motor arena!

Wish I’d read these reviews about buying from The Motor Arena before buying. Car needed a minor job doing. Every time you call they tell you they’ll call back , NEVER do. They had the car in to look at it and it needed something which they needed to order, the lady I was dealing with, Annabel, said she call me in a couple of days . Didn’t and said she hadn’t even passed on the message. Once they have your money it’s bye bye.

Absolutely horrific! Lies lies and more lies, endless fake promises to fix the faults under warranty. will never call you back or confirm anything in writing. Do not spend a penny with these people! They are happy to take all you money and block you number. Solicitors, trading standards and All Media Platforms need to know about The Motor Arena.
