Hi Motor Arena, I was so impressed with your service in arranging the finance for purchasing the 2015 VW Tiguan yesterday. All arranged so I could drive away the same day. All you staff are a credit to the motor industry which often gets a bad name. No pressure selling, given the keys to vehicles I was interested in and being supported to make the final choice. The Motor Arena appears to have a very simple strategy. Buy as cheaply as possible, spend nothing on the vehicle and sell for as much as possible. The S class Mercedes I went to see was gleaming in the showroom....with bald tyres, a defective auxillary battery, pitted discs, noisy engine and faulty seat sensor. The 'service required' spanner was displayed on the dash and after a little digging, it became evident that the last owner had skipped servicing since 2017. This mess was put into the showroom simply because it was 'shiny' and waiting for a sucker to buy it. Most of the dealer's space is taken up by car storage and it is a logistics shambles. And with virtually no space allocated to the repair and service of vehicles, how will you get those undeclared defects rectified once you have bought their car and discovered them?

Do not trust The Motor Arena. Traded my car in on the 19th March and as of today, 2nd May, they still haven't paid the settlement balance. So I'm now paying for 2 cars. Do not trust this company. Avoid, avoid, avoid

The motor arena halifax should not he selling cars. Service is absolutely atrocious. Bought a very expensive car from them which was meant to be 'immaculate' what a joke!! Get engine failure in the first few days and have multiple other faults which should not be occurring, they will not pay for the repairs or accept liability for the repairs. Buying a new car was meant to be an enjoyable thing not the completely opposite, countless time wasted and stress. I have no idea how these people are getting finance lenders and are still trading, definitely something for BBC ROGUE TRADERS. Absolutely horrendous!! Do not buy from this place. We need to make others aware and get these reviews on google too! If they have ran with your money don't let them, they can't and you shouldn't sit back and accept it.

Me and my mum went to The Motor Arena with a small idea of what we wanted! She had bought her previous car from them and was very happy with that one, it was just time to move up a little!!! We was seen by Waseem who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond and found us both exactly what we wanted and better after spending many of hours with us, which never seemed to be a problem. They are both the nicest cars!!!! After purchasing my car I found that I had one minor problem with it, I rang the garage and Waseem told me to bring it straight back in and it was then sorted straight away for me! Honestly greaaaaat service, I would recommend anyone to buy their car from them, trustworthy, kind and very welcoming!

Bought a car from Motor Arena in Halifax a few weeks ago. Cannot fault the service it was great, staff very efficient and helpful. We got the deal we wanted, the finance deal was very good!! Very happy with the car we love it. We - before and since looked at similar models of age and mileage and we definitely got a good deal. My husband works in the motor trade and recognised a good car and deal when we saw it.

Terrible stay away..... Run away- The Motor Arena are full of rubbish If one of there sales people called Ash approaches you then RUN get away no car is worth there terrible service this guys and the company offer he is a joker with no moral and lairs on top of lairs They will lie at ever point they lack intelligence so end up waffling utter rubbish. What ever you do don't use them for finance they will flood your credit file with searches from numerous "broker" without explaining this to you. You will then be flooded by cold callers who say they doing finance for you...... What ever you do don't part exchange with this rogue traders in my case they never paid the finance off or sent the paperwork to DVLA. Guess what they then never sent off the paper work for the car I bought so I had to go back through the process again... They have made false promise after false promise..... Also they never answer the phone and will dodge you......... shambles of a business one of there more funny statements was that they sell 100's of cars but only get 10/20 bad reviews a month ... this is 10% to 20% people have a bad experience with these guys ......you will be the next one don't do it go elsewhere Would love to speak to someone but I’ve text more the 35 times and rang more the 80 times with no reply you just hide your reply is meaningless why don’t you solve the problem

I bought an expensive Land Rover from The Motor Arena, which showed problems immediately after purchase. I rang them several times & sent emails.They have no courage to answer your phone calls or respond to emails. A real disgrace. I have no idea how are they doing business at this level. Never do any business with these guys.
