Bought a m3 from the motor arena and 24 hours after taking home 5 faults show up one of which puts car in limp mode 3 weeks later car still sat on my drive unable to drive while I've still got to pay the finance on it never trust anything this lot say

We bought a vw jetta for our son from the motor arena,was told a new battery would be fitted that was a lie as we couldent start it after getting it home,we put it into vw to be presented with over 1200 bill very dangerous car we were told tyres not legal,brakes completely gone and numerous other problems,it was not road worthy,never ever buy from them as they fob you of and never answer phones,emails etc. This company should be closed down and they tell you rac approaved which is a complete lie. i give them 0 stars.

Same has happen to me I wish I see these reviews before I bought from them.
Bought a two year old car advertised as being in immaculate condition. Drove away and found a huge dent in the body which I now realise the salesman stood in front of when we were looking round it, two illegal tyres and was advertised as having a RAC warranty but I've contacted RAC and it definitely does not! Rang numerous times to get repair sorted and they keep fobbing me off. They are also advertising my car that I part exchanged as having only had one lady owner and drives like new which is a lie as I was the third person to own it and it's ready for the scrap heap! Do not buy a car from here.
Make sure the car is 100% in working order before handing over any money. We bought a car noticed central locking was not working properly before driving off but after parting with money. Nobody will answer our phone calls or e mails after promising to have the car back to be repaired. Still waiting 3 weeks in.

Terrible service and I would not recommend this place to anyone. take a mechanic so they check if the car has been serviced as promised as my car was not serviced at all. Avoid at all cost
Bought an 11 plate VW Passat estate 5/5/18. Had to wait a week to collect car and 3 hours at dealers for them to MOT the car. Drive home flat tyre warning light as well as engine management and emissions. Front N/S tyre had a bulge in sidewall. Other lights went off after a day. On 18/5/18 pulled over to have smoke pour out engine pay, leaking fuel pipe ( not covered by warranty). 29/5/18 error eps/abs, now have a faulty abs sensor. Tried to contact them, don't answer phone send texts no reply, same with emails.

BMW sold. M.A. had to recover car back after being undrivable. 18 days later he still has no car. They've blocked number coz he rings "too many times". been taxi-ing everyday. Sometimes with customer orders. Requires your immediate attention.

Bought a car from Motor Arena, "what was I thinking". collected car, driving home power steering was working properly, nearly crashed. disc brakes were badly worn and distorted, headlamp wasn't working, and this car had just had a 12 months MOT, really!!. Put my car in part ex, and they were supposed to pay off the finance, didn't happen and I had to keep paying till they eventually did. Be very very careful with these people. something happened with the credit agreement but can't comment on that yet!!!!!

My 16 year old daughter saved all of her birthday, Christmas and weekend job earnings to buy her dream Fiat 500c in time for her 17th birthday. She was ecstatic to find a low mileage one here which was described as 'the best example on the market'. We drove 66 miles to collect it but on the journey home we felt the car was sluggish then the 'check engine' light came on and so we took it to a mechanic near where we live. The car is SERIOUSLY faulty. It needs a new engine and a braking servo - the car is too dangerous to drive. When I contacted these people and told them I wanted to return the vehicle for a refund they said they would call me back but now they just keep ignoring my calls, emails, texts, answer phone messages, messages through Facebook and letters. They are nothing but dishonest. Unfortunately its only since purchasing the car that I have read the other similar reviews here. I have taken some legal advice on the matter but in the mean time my daughter hasn't got a car. What a horrible experience buying her first car, shes absolutely devastated.
