BEWARE & AVOID AT ALL COSTS I have recently part exchanged my car that is still on finance for a new car. Dealer has my old car and the money added on too my new car too pay the settlement. 3 weeks later they have not paid and ignore my emails and calls. They have said too the broker car finance 24/7 about sending a cheque and then a bank transfer next week ... still not paid. I now have too see a solicitor as I am liable for 2 cars on finance and two payments next week, as I am not paying for a car I do not have I will now face arrears and possible repossession if this is not dealt with. They have even ripped me off for the last months payment that has gone out whilst the finance was going through. Have given me a dodgy invoice as well....

I bought a car from motor arena on 31/12/2016.picked it up on 01/01/2017 and the clutch went 5 days later.i rang them and they said they would pass my number to their complaints dept ( which doesn't exist) no reply sent a letter on the 7th no reply. Got im touch with citizens advice they suggested send the letter again by recorded delivery. They rejected it and I resent it. They received it on 31st. No reply, I went to mediation and they ignored them. I am now taking them to court. They will take your money but any problems they refuse to answer your calls.

The Vauxhall I bought off of The Motor Arena was Clean and as described and good value for money, and i'm happy with the car. The dealership was also quite close me which is a big help if I ever got any issues with the car which I haven't as of yet. I would recommend them.

Do not buy from this place! The warranty is complete bogus. There is absolutely no honesty and if anything goes wrong you have to take them to court to recover your losses. PLEASE DONT BUY YOURSELF THE HEAD.

Purchased a BMW X5 on finance through The Motor Arena, after being declined by various other dealers. I was pleased with getting accepted prior to viewing as I was travelling all the way from London. Ash and Danny explained all the finance details over the phone and any questions I had. On acceptance I left a deposit to hold the vehicle and collected on Saturday. I am happy with the purchase and the car was described informatively and exactly like it was over the phone - which I was hesitant about. Thank you! Naomi x

Sales team at the Motor Arena were fantastic they was very welcoming and pleasant and left you alone to just browse at your own leisure.The experience at Motor Arena was great they had the type of car I wanted, in stock. Fiona sales woman made the experience Easy and a pleasure, she was very helpful before and after we purchased the car and we are thrilled with. From entering the dealership everyone was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I test drove my car and decided to buy it without any sales pressure whatsoever. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again and would recommend Motor Arena to anyone wanting to buy a car in a relaxed and pleasant environment. Thank You to the Team

Very friendly team at The Motor Arena,sales staff,very helpful,excellent service provided by the sales team.explained everything on the car i was buying,arranged my finance and i drove away in my new Audi A3 S Line sport within a hour....
A pleasant experience at The Motor Arena. Great choice of cars, all clean and offered for sale with an element of pride and thought. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I found them honest, straight, willing to show all relevant documents and happy for me to look around at my own pace with no pressure whatsoever. When i am next looking for a used car i will be straight back to the Motor Arena without hesitation.
