just seen therse for the 2nd time on that sherriff program about dodgy car dealers who dont pay when something goes wrong... awful people, threatening with voilence , following the cameraman threatyening the debt collectors that they are going arounf to kill him and his family as he know where they live... these people should be in prison...
Disgusting company. Just seen these on TV with the company spitting and swearing like peasants on BBC 1 here comes the sheriffs.. Do not buy from these vile cretins.
All cars are very dangerous they are not what they say people can get killed in these cars please do not buy from these people they are disgusting they talk to people disgustingly when you try and get your money back you won’t get it so please do not deal with these people this is a big warning

and the disgusting RAC allow it happen...I suppose money talks...when you arrange breakdown cover remember the AA will not have anything to do with these rogue traders but the RAC will...choose wisely..

Went to buy a car on monday. was told it had fill service history and timing belt done. Paid for it today then realised this wasn't true. Was told we could buy it or get our money back, no movement or explanation. Rang RAC whontold us as an RAC warranted garage they have to follow standards including doing a timing belt which is past its interval, otherwise it avoids it's own insurance. When I informed them of this they said straight off they were refusing to sell us the car and would give us our money back. I moved my car on to the forecourt as it was chucking it down. I got asked to move it. Granted by this point I had had enough and said no as it wasn't in anyone's way. I then got told to leave the premises so I went out to my car followed by a sales guy telling me to "F*ck off" and get out repeatedly. He was extremely threatening to a woman. All this on top of the fact nobody wears masks on test drives or in the offices and don't practise social distance either! AVOID

Sounds about right for them. If that place was a restaurant it would have been closed down long long ago but as its a car dealership its allowed to continue trading. You see the RAC affiliation & think its a trusted seller but they just stick 2 fingers up to customers & the RAC accept it. Makes you wonder how the RAC local rep allows it to happen£

just seen motorarena.co.uk on "Sherifs are coming" they were reportedly to be making threats the high court enforcment officers!
We bought our car by fianace with motor arena ..since that time i spend more then car cost ..replacement engie ,clutch ..all all..so awful the way they make fun about people..avoid this place
I am livid with the state of the service I have received from this dealership. They are con artists and rude, deceitful, ignorant people who don't give a toss about any of their customers. I bought my car 18 months ago off them under the idea I was covered for 2 years by the RAC for recovery AND that my car had been officially serviced before purchase. Fast forward to now - my timing chain snapped on my car and motor arena have 'no proof of servicing' because it was 'too long ago and we don't keep records that long' and proceeded to hang up on me and avoid my calls. Will be reporting them to the RAC. The car was damaged and faulty from the get go and we were LIED TO SEVERAL TIMES. Don't put yourself in danger. They take advantage of nice people. CRIMINALS

I too had issue's with them but despite reporting them to the RAC & speaking with the RAC they did nothing & are just as criminal as motor arena. At least the AA withdrew its affiliation with them as they will not associate their brand with anything that can bring it in to dispute.
I’m in shock. I can’t believe that this company is allowed to continue trading. They are nothing but criminals. Each and every one of them. Selling faulty unroadworthy cars, it’s all an act. Once your money has been transferred all contact is gone. They do the upmost to avoid your calls pretending the manager Maz is not in the office when you call. They save your number and do not pick up purposely. They are rude, they hang up on you, they lie on all documentation and are literally putting peoples lives at risk on a daily. Clearly this isn’t an isolated incident. I am now in the process of taking this company to court. They need to be closed down once and for all and never allowed to work again, any of them! It’s so disheartening to know there’s people out there that can sleep at night knowing how they treat customers! I’ve had threats if I don’t stop calling- they refuse to resolve my issues. I can’t drive my car that I purchased 10 days ago because it is vibrating, the engine light is on and is making a loud ticking sound and my handbrake is broken not to mention wipers faulty, stop start system faulty. Everyone who’s been unfortunate enough to deal with them needs to pull together to ensure they are can’t do this to anyone else. They will get what’s coming to them, sooner rather than later I hope. Also bore off with your fake reviews, maybe pick up customer calls Maz &co rather than writing bullsh*t reviews.

I've just read your review after writing my own (the one just more recent than yours). I completely agree we must club together and make a stand. I am currently escalating my claim through the West Yorkshire trading standards. Please feel free to contact me for support or information regarding my own claim - I am curious how you managed to escalate your issues. They are a bunch of crooks, I am disgusted with the service I received and can tell you are too!!! Good luck in court !

I too had problems with them. I reported them to RAC who cudnt care less because as long as the RAC are receiving £££ from them to be affiliated they cudnt care less. I sent them screen shots of all the complaints but they wernt bothered. The AA on the other hand had actually withdrew their association with this company as they refuse to have their brand associated with anything that can bring it into disrepute. well done the AA but shame on the RAC. They refuse to answer calls or return messages & if you turn up just give broken promises. But yet again they are allowed to continue trading ripping customers off.
