I bought a high end rather expensive car with Motor Arena, I saw the car online and then had several phone calls and emails with ‘Danny’ before paying and having the car delivered to me due to Covid. When the car arrived I wouldn’t have described it as ‘The Finest Example’ like they had, one rear tyres had no tread and the front two tyres were both perished, the Air conditioning didn’t work, there were several marks on the body work I was not told about after specifically asking for photos of any mark however small it is, and the car turned out to have no proof of service history after being sold with ‘full dealership service history’. The after sales was non existent, after I had received the car they answered one phone call and replied to one email saying they would look into the service history, they then went quiet and stopped answering my calls and replying to weekly emails. I would not recommend to anyone buying a car from them. As others have mentioned watch BBC The Sheriffs are Coming before buying from Motor Arena!

My friend was scammed by this company and hearing how Maz and his gangs' treatment of her together with the documentary about Motor Arena on the BBC, its only fair to comment on how appalling these guys treat their customers once they part them with their hard earned cash. You wouldn't think we are living in a civilised society once you complain to this gang. SHOCKING COMPANY!!!
Relative has no end of trouble from this company. Promise to complete work ut just hide behind their sales staff and are too busy to answer. Maz otheriwsie known as mohammed waseem saleem is the brains behind this outfit and hides behind all his staff. Beware all staff will till youbthe will get back to you but Waseem Saleem is always playing for time hence do not trust.you have been warned. I notice positive comments but I suspect it's from employees or friends as they do not reflect this companies dealings with ourselves. WARNING

fantastic service Addy was our sales man was very good and sorted anything we asked to be sorted with the car. he never pushed for the sale and was very keen to help us when we needed it. Addy helped to sort tax and all after sales documents.

Take this a warning, watch the sherrifs are coming to see what will happen if you have to go back to them if your car develops a fault.

We have purchased a van from here and dealt with Danny who was very friendly stuck to his word to have all the bits done we requested before purchase ! Very happy with our upgrade 😄
I bought a 2015 Mercedes from the Motor arena on 02/09/2020. It was advertised as having Mercedes service and MOT valid till July 2021 and I was assured by the salesman that it would have been serviced, MOT was only valid till January 2021 which is an automatic extension, the salesman said he will reimburse me for getting an MOT which they have not done yet. More importantly the car was serviced by Kwikfit for its 4th service and not by Mercedes and they have not provided me with any service document for the year 2020 (what should be its 5th year service), they are adamant it was indeed serviced in 2020 but have failed to provide any evidence of that so far (it has been a month), the aftersales team has not been helpful nor has the sales team themselves who sold me the car. The 2nd day I had the car I got a warning to fill up the coolant, which would not happen if the car was serviced before i bought it. They can be honest with me and say the car was not serviced and then they need to have it serviced or if it was indeed serviced then it should be inspected for any source of coolant leak
