Bought a vehicle from motor arena been talking to one of the sales guys Danny. had a brilliant service from him phoned when he said, sorted out delivery as we live 350 miles away. Delivery was set for the 29 July at 10 am and the jeep arrived 9.45am couldn't fault motor arena would buy from them again 100% thanks very much guys, much appreciated.

Spoke to Maz and reserved a car. Came today and purchased. Maz was so helpful, gave a good deal. Car wasnt ready, so he arranged for it to be be delivered, over 80 miles away! Would definitely buy from these guys again. Thanks again!

Bought a car for £6999 3 weeks later booked it in for a service after a few issues and it has several issues that need sorting, it had 12months mot just before purchasing woth NO ADVISORIES con company don’t buy
Put £100 to reserve a car however the deal didn't didn't go through with my own finance company. After speaking with them on the phone they said they will refund the money within 48 hrs. Its been 2 weeks now still no refund. After calling after few days they start to get frustrated because i didnt buy the car. I just want my money back, all dealership should be able to do this.

Bought my gorgeous Mercedes A Class yesterday, Took it away same day. helpful & friendly staff, especially Maz who sorted my tax & private plate transfer online instead of waiting around for the post!...Music BOOMING throughout the whole place, great atmosphere!
Can't really fault them. Quite hard to contact them, as they're busy. Danny contacted me and sorted out minor issue, before and after delivery. Young lass contacted me and set up my warranty and breakdown cover over the phone. She couldn't have been any nicer. I would recommend them to family and friends, with no reservations.

Couldn't be happier with the guys at motor arena. Knew what they were talking about. Extremely friendly guys with great communication. I travelled 4.5hours from Scotland to get a car and they couldn't have done more for me. Everyone made me feel welcome and will recommend to all my friends and work colleagues when looking for a quality car at a great price. 😎🙏👌
The process of buying the car, they can’t help you enough and was an easy process. Soon as you drive the car away it isn’t there problem. The car was sold with parts missing such as the manual and parcel shelf. I can live without the parcel shelf but was chasing the manual/RAC warranty email. Didn’t know what half the buttons were! In the end, I bought a generic manual myself because the hassle/stress calling every week to chase was just not worth it 6 weeks later. Called up and said it was being sorted each time. You’d think a £13500 would come with a manual. They even offered a generic one from another car so this would have been sold without a manual! As soon as you drive the car away they don’t want to know so make sure everything is in there before you drive away.
