Friendly attentive staff

I bought a BMW car from Motor Arena in Dec 2019, dealt with Ash and Maz with such ease. They were true to their word regarding the car, was truly like new. Maz was very professional and polite and they even delivered the car down to Kent, such a fantastic service. Always returned my calls and got everything confirmed by emails. Highly Recommended!

I bought a range rover from the Motor Arena for almost 7k and there was an issue with the suspension which took weeks to fix and I honestly still don't know if he's fixed it or not. He (Billy from Manchester) refused to send me as promised what had been done so I could start my own service history, just refused after numerous requests and said if you want it ask the RAC, pure ignorance arrogance and I'd advise you not to go, other lads helped me but the mechanic was shocking.

Went to the motor arena and told them that i want to secure a car and test drive later. So i put in a deposit of 500 but upon test driving i feel like the car is in a very bad condition and way far from what is in the description. Avoid dealing with this place.

Don’t buy from these people!!! We bought a car that needed £3000 worth of work doing to it after 3mths of purchase! They won’t answer the phone! Return your calls of emails, they also manage to delete customers bad reviews

I rang to view a Audi A3 where the manager said to pay £100 so I could view this which is fully refundable even if I don’t buy it. I asked him over 3 times if it was refundable as there’s no way I would of transferred over £100 for nothing. After viewing the car I read reviews I asked for my £100 back as I was told I could get this back. Why is he now saying it’s non refundable, so he basically lied. Now ignoring calls and texts. DO NOT BUT FROM HERE ABSOLUTE CONS.

got a car had faults from day one these guys are good at hiding there reviews btw. spoke to dealers they go no problem bring it in car was sat for days no communication what so ever they never pick up till today they have not opend my messages please please i cant stress enough dont get bitten by these snakes you will regret it no matter how nice the car looks look away from motor arena

This motor trader company should not be trading a car dealer- sold us a faulty vehicle which is not road worthy. However, most of the reviews from customers complaining about this trader. After sale, trust me they will leave you in a state of limbo, and will keep promising you to call you back. Please do NOT believe what they say this firm is run by south Asian background and few English staff working for them are very helpful But there’s always a staff member from south Asian background snatching the phones of them, this guy is a comedian he goes by all different names. The motor arena should go by the name of Nightmare Car Sales Arena

We purchased a vehicle from Motor Arena in November 2019 - it transpired there were some issues with the vehicle that needed sorting but they were happy to rectify quickly and at no extra cost. Maz in particular gave us a great service!
