Never ever buy a vehicle from motor arena !!! I picked my car up and it had to be in the garage in the first week. I still had more problems with the vehicle which I have been informed will cost me £3000 this is all with in a month of buying the car. They don't want to know and I am now getting my Legal team involved as I have basically been told tough you bought a second hand car what do you expect! They are dodgy con artists !!!! The cars are not road legal do not buy!!!!
Do not buy or px a car with these people. It’s been 3 month since I pxed a car and the finance hasn’t been paid off. They block your number so that you can’t call and complain Very dodgy people. Just waiting for my solicitor to take The Motor Arena to court.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. BOUGHT A LANDROVER NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE THINGS MISSING FROM THE CAR. TOLD HAD MOT BUT A MECHANIC SAID NO WAY WOULD IT HAVE PASSED THE STATE IT WAS IN. BLACK OIL AND AGAIN TOLD THEY HAD CHANGED IT. MISSING HEADRESTS. LIGHTS FALLING OFF. BATTERY FLAT DAY ONE HAD TO PAY FOR A NEW ONE. NUMEROUS ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE AFTER BEING LOOKED AT BY A QUALIFIED MECHANIC AND BEEN ADVISED IT ISNT EVEN ROAD WORTHY. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM THE TRADING STANDARDS AND MY SOLICITOR.!!! YOU PROMISE THE WORLD AND NEVER FULFIL. I AM WRITING THIS ON BEHALF OF MY ELDERLY FATHER WHO YOU HAVE RIPPED OFF AND NOW MADE HIM POORLY I HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOURSELVES!!! PURE GREED 100% FRAUD AND I GUARANTEE THIS WILL BE DEALT WITH

It was quick easy and such a friendly atmosphere from when I walked into the parking lot Would recommend The Motor Arena to anyone this place to get a good car at a even better price cannot wait to be back in the future to find me next one.
I bought an Audi Q7 just a few weeks ago from these fraudstars and the car has not been working. I traded in my car and paid an extra circa £8k for this Q7. Firstly, it was the door. Wind noise and rain coming in as I drove. I brought it back to them . It stayed with them for a week . I went back to pick my car , and the car has never worked right. What is most frustrating is that their after sales care is non existent. I've driven down to them.thruce from Nottingham to deal with one issue or the other. The car , a £20k car , is still not working and these fraudstars have taken my money and my good car off me ..Please avoid The Motor Arena in Halifax if you can

Bought a Audi rs5 from The Motor Arena. Broke down first day, big promises from super sales man ash that car will be fixed,had car checked out all brakes worn tyres balding, just had mot (probably a dodgy mot) nothing been fixed. Ignored my legal letters don’t take my call..please avoid this garage at all costs.. all front they are complete rogue traders.
