Completely impossible to contact, phone never answered and log book not delivered, I had to contact DVLA for replacement very dissatisfied with experience
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THE MOTOR C0MPANY MANCHESTER We bought a car in late April 2023, only to find that it had been a total loss claim in Jan 23. However the paperwork we have since paid for does not match that issued by the motor company when we purchased the car. We paid £5k for the car and not only has it been sat in the driveway unusable it is also valued at 1k. Through citizens advice, we now have a solicitor, have reported to the police, have reported to trading standards and the motor trade association. We have also informed autotrader as they offer advice about reputable traders but still allow them to advertise
