Everything has been brilliant since I got my window regulator fixed. I dropped it off and picked it up and hour later and it was all fixed. We took the car to the nearest Land Rover garage to us, about 20-25 minutes away from us it was. We thought that would be one of the best garages to go too that accepted warranty. It was all covered, the only thing that they did say was because it was my window regulator and the window wouldn't go back up, it was bad weather and raining and I had to do the school run with my children in the car. so they said it would take them a little while to set the claim up so we paid for it when we got there and they sent us the money back because I needed it urgently done. It was good that it was an option and they covered the full amount. Would give them a 5, they were brilliant.

I was happy with the claims process, it was the garage who contacted the warranty people and sorted it all out for me and I didn't have to pay anything towards it. My car went in on the Friday and I had it back and picked it up on the Tuesday. I think that TMO redeemed themselves as the first time I had a claim I thought it was ridiculous having a car off the road for over a week as KIA couldn't do anything until the warranty authorized it. Anyway that finally got sorted and the second time I used them I said I hope it doesn't take as long and it didn't. It was much better, it was definitely good improvement. This time around I would rate them a 10/10!

Everything went smoothly, everyone was really helpful, they fully explained what we needed to do and the garage that dealt with the warranty did the majority of the work so i'd say everything was fine. The only thing was we had to put the money up front and then claim it back, so we did have to do a bit of borrowing but we got it back about a week and a half later which wasn't too bad. I would rate a 5.

The coordination between the warranty company and the dealership was surprisingly quick. It worked really well, a great experience, which considering I had a window that wouldn't close and it was raining is definitely something. They worked really well with the dealer, Great warranty company to deal with. I would recommend.

Normally I would be dubious about buying an aftercare warranty. TMO have been extremely easy to deal with. Being able to ring and explain the situation with staff is far easier than writing an email. Very flexible approach in choosing a repairer and fair over authorisation of a genuine claim. Becca and the other ladies I spoke to were informative and helpful. I would recommend.

This is the second time I have had to use my warranty, the claims process is easy to follow, each time I have gone directly through them. It all went quite smoothly. I would say that both times I have had a pay a bit towards as the labour charge is only covered upto £40 per hour and it is very unlikely to find a garage who does that now days. Work has always been completed swiftly so I would rate a 4/5.
