It was easy enough, sent the invoice over, and they paid it out. I would give it a three and a half star rating simply because I was paying for the premium warranty which includes electric faults, and on a previous claim it wasn't straightforward as they didn't agree to cover it straight away but did cover the claim in the end.

I recently had repair work completed on my Ibiza through the warranty provider, and since the repairs the light hasn’t come back on, so hopefully it stays that way. Overall, the claims process was absolutely fine and everything went through as expected. The only issue I had was at the start after submitting the diagnostic check, as nobody got back to me straight away. I had to make another call to check everything was in hand, which I found a bit unusual because normally I’d get a response the next day. After that, I did receive a follow up email confirming everything had gone through, and from then on it was all fine. I’ve made a few claims before and this was the only issue I experienced. Other than that, I was happy with how everything was handled.
