The paddle switch has been working beautifully, and I’ve used it most days since having the work done. I went through the warranty process seamlessly. I called in to explain the issue, took the car in for repairs, and luckily I was provided with a curtesy car while it was being dealt with. It’s such peace of mind knowing I’m covered for any future problems. A big well done to the team members involved—everything was handled perfectly, and I can’t complain at all. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I recently claimed for the water pump on behalf of my mum and I was pretty happy with how everything went to be honest. Most of the communication was between the garage and TMO but for the small involvement I had, I was grateful for the information I was given. It was a really easy process and I thought the pay out was fairly quick.

My AdBlue injector went after about 3 months of owning my Combo. While it wasn't ideal at first I'm very happy with the repair work carried out and the vehicle is still working, so I'm happy.

Although it wasn't me who claimed directly on the warranty, I thought the whole process was seamless. I took the car to the garage and TMO had already credited my account to pay the money to ensure I wasn't waiting around. I thought the whole process was handled really well and I honestly only have positive things to say about my experience.

It's always nice to know you don't have to pay anything out when you take out warranty. The tracking on my car has recently been done, but once we made the dealership aware of this, they were quick to get it sorted and I got my car back in no time.
