Me and the kids are back on the road! We are really happy with the claims process as it was super easy to follow. I literally didn't have to do anything!

Would be a 5 but they forgot to put the coolant cap back on and the coolant was gone when I got home. Apart from that and myself buying more coolant was great 😊

Cant complain really, the car has been more than fine since the fix. I had a lovely, quick in and out service and I'm more than happy with the results.

I didn't do many miles before the fault which was disappointing, however the car was taken in nice and quick and sorted for me in a satisfactory and timely manner. The claims process was nice and easy to follow too which made it really easy for me.

The service standard was I feel very high and genuinely supportive in how your female colleague assisted me and handled my claim.

Staff at the Motoring organisation were very helpful.

Light damage repaired quickly under warranty. No issues since.
