These guys fixed me Steering Wheel Switch and provided great service and quality workmanship one of the best aftercare I've experienced.

The whole process was straight forward and I thought at the end of the repairs that I would have to pay, but it was all sorted between TMO and the garage, I didn't have to pay anything. I'm happy with the standard of the repairs and so far it's been good.

Since having my water pump replaced, I haven't had any further issues with leaks. I would have given 5 stars but when I first put in my claim, it didn't go through so I had to call up and then it started the process. In the end though, I got my money back and I'm happy.

All of the work that was agreed has now been completed and the issue has been resolved. Even though I didn't get involved with the refund process, I felt the claim was handled quickly and everything went well.

I thought it was very handy that I was able to get the repairs done at my local garage, it made things a lot easier for me. When the work was complete, there was a bit of confusion with payment as TMO thought they were paying me but instead it was the garage that needed paying. In the end though it all got sorted. But from start to finish, it was a simple process.

I've been with TMO for a little while now and I can honestly say that the service has gotten so much better. The woman that helped me to get my alternator was more than helpful but I forget her name.

4 stars only because I thought they could have communicated directly with the garage while the repairs were being done instead of contacting me and the garage, as I felt it slowed the process down to get my car back. Since having the car back though the issue has been resolved, and I didn't have any issues receiving my money.
