All fine. No comments to make regarding the process.

This was my first time claiming on a warranty and it was really easy. It was easier than expected because I've heard it could be difficult. Happy to give the process 5 star and the only reason for knocking it down a star, would be because I thought I would have gotten a bit more paid towards the cost.

Happy with how everything was handled to get my EGR Valve repaired.

Recently I purchased a BMW 5 Series and there was an issue straight away. Once I raised the issue, BMW was very helpful to help me make the claim to get the repair work carried out. The process was smooth and it only took a couple of emails to get accepted. The team did a good job, and I'm satisfied with the repairs.

Although I didn't have much involvement with making the claim, I felt the customer service was great. The repair work seems to be okay so far but it'll keep a close eye on it.

To my surprise everything went really well when making my claim. The woman that handled everything was really helpful and made the transaction easy. I can only say positive things about everyone involved and the repairs have been done to my satisfaction from my local garage.

I’m glad I took out this policy, the job was diagnosed, the part was ordered and the work was completed very quickly.

I found the claims process reasonable enough. I did take the car back to Skoda to have the repairs done, and I knew that they wouldn't cover the full labour charge. I feel their limit is a little bit unrealistic. But once I sent the invoice, they paid quickly enough.

Although the initial repair work wasn't successful, as I'm still having some issues. Both the dealership and The Motoring Organisation have been great at assisting me to get the issues sorted. There has been a part on back order for a while, and I'm due to take it back in on Saturday, so hopefully it will be sorted by then. These things happen, but I've got no complaints.
