My radiator repair is all done and it’s been perfect since! I made a claim, and because of how highly stressed I was being without a car I thought the process was stressful, but looking back, it was actually straightforward. The team guided me through everything, which was especially helpful since I’d never done this before. My regular garage, where I’ve gone for years, doesn’t deal directly with warranty companies anymore, so I paid upfront and then received a quick pay out from TMO. Great experience all around!

I have every intention of using TMO again for future warranty because the first time round has been amazing. I had a fault with my reverse camara from the moment I got the car but it just started to get worse the more I used it. Once I raised this with the warranty team, they were happy for me to get it booked in and repaired. I dropped the car off at 9am at my local garage, and by 3pm it was good to go. The garage even helped with some of the paperwork. I'm really pleased with how everything was handled.

Ill be honest, I didn't have that much involvement when claiming for my Peugeot because the car came with a 6 month warranty as standard but when it came to making the enquiry/ the dealership handled it. There were a couple of issues that needed sorted like the window regulator, brake pads and upholstery (because it was ripped), all of which were repaired to a good standard and without me having to pay anything.

My sons handed the responsibility to me of sorting out his faulty starter motor and I thought it was going to be a nightmare but it turned out to be really easy. Everything leading up to the claim, like the advice, timings and pay out was clearly explained before hand. Once the repair was carried out the money was paid out quick enough and it was the perfect process, in my opinion.

I had to send my Golf R back to the dealership where I got the car from due to a fault with the radiator and I've just recently had it back. Although I didn't directly deal with my warranty provider I'm happy with the repairs that were carried out. I felt the communication from start to finish was clear and it gave me a good indication on when I could expect to receive my car back.
