The Motoring Organisation team has been brilliant! They made everything super easy with the repair of my coil spring. They got it booked in for me no questions asked. I contacted them directly instead of through the dealership because I find things can get misunderstood if there is someone else in the middle. The Motoring Organisation covered my whole claim. I didn’t want to go through Ford as I knew they would charge a small fortune for my door lock barrel to be replaced. I googled the price of the part and it was around £1000 ex VAT. In the end, I claimed through my warranty and I didn’t have to pay a penny 5 star service.

Over the moon with how the claim was processed between The Motor Organisation and the dealership. I was pleased with how effectively the repair was organised/completed. The issue was to do with my seat but after TMO agreed to get the issues repaired, I can now say I have the seat fully functional in my Mercedes C-Class. The garage handled all the communication, which made it a stress-free experience for me. But after speaking to the dealership, they didn't have any delays when receiving payment, which is why I was able to collect my car right away.

Dealing with The Motoring Organisation was quick, simple, and easy. The lights on my Ford Galaxy dashboard went off like a Christmas tree, so I took it in to my dealer. They diagnosed it with a wheel speed sensor issue and said the suspension arm seemed to be damaged. They told me to go through the warranty directly, as the communication would be smoother. They got the repair done in no time and claimed the value of the repair back from the dealership. Very efficient!

The water pump failed on my Volkswagen Polo. So I made a claim through The Motoring Organisation and to my surprise, it only took a week from myself raising the issue to getting it fixed and receiving it back, which was sweet. The work was done to a high standard, and I have had no faults since. One very happy customer and I'm glad I took out the warranty!

With me being a tradesman, I need my van fully functional and on the road. About a week after owning my Vauxhall Combo, the AdBlue Injector started to fail. The dealer made the warranty claim and dealt with everything, so I didn’t have to worry or pay a dime. The work itself has been completed to a really high standard, so I'm not worried about the fault happening again, and if it does again, I know they will repair it with no issues at all and no cost to me.

My BMW 2 Series needed the chain tensioner and the crankshaft pulley repaired. Luckily, the dealership handled everything, which I'm very happy with because it took the stress away from me. They agreed to pick the car up to carry out the repairs and once everything was completed, they dropped it back off at my doorstep. The Motoring Organisation paid in full for all of the repair work. I couldn't recommend them enough.

The Motoring Organisation were fantastic when dealing with my claim. The claim itself was made by the dealership, but I ended up dealing with them directly, as I live around an hour away from any motorway and thought it would be easier for them to communicate with me instead of a proxy. They managed to book me in and get the DPF sensor repaired while I was on holiday, so I didn't miss out on any work or time. After the work was complete, they covered the majority of my bill, which I can't fault.

When I ran into difficulties with my car, I approached the dealership at first but decided that I would be better off making a claim direct with my warranty provider instead. The team communication was fantastic, as I was also kept in the loop with everything. The dealership also told me the wrong claim amount, but The Motoring Organisation gave me the correct amount before any work was completed. The thermostat housing needed replacing. To get to the part, you have to move a lot out of the engine bay, so I asked them to replace the tensioners while they were there, which they did. In the end, they paid £1000 of the total bill. The Audi SQ7 is my dream car, and at 47, I wanted something special for myself.
