I’m amazed this place is still going. I bought an Audi S5 from here a few years back. I had a bad feeling buying from them in the first place as the owner, James I think was his name, sat on his phone the whole time betting on horses. Regardless I bought it anyway. Within a month the head gasket had gone. £5000 to fix. I rang to explain the issue I had to which they told me basically it isn’t their problem and I had a warranty. He was right. I did have a warranty. That was completely worthless. Upon getting the car repaired the garage informed me that after a diagnostics check they had found the engine management light had been turned off barely one week before me purchasing it. Telling me that these clowns knew there was a deep issue with what they were selling. Very dishonest people. Avoid at all costs!

To be honest, had vibes not to buy when I was in his office,(the owner)was on his mobile all the time, and when I collected the car, not cleaned,and after 6 weeks the clutch is f@@,all he said you have warranty, basically you sort it,I shall find out tomorrow if warranty is worth jack, I definitely wouldn’t buy again from The Oxfordshire Motor Company, beware!!!!!!
Brought 2 cars from the Oxfordshire motor company. Both been fantastic with no issue atall I would highly recommend them.
James And His Gang Of Mischeifs were all good and smiling graces at first when selling the car but 2 weeks after having a warning light we take it back and the issues go on from there; completely feel after I bought the vehicle the after sale and customer care was little to none, would not recommend The Oxfordshire Motor Company to ANYONE.

I have had personal experience the car bought off them lasted one day after sale the alternator arm came off also the front wiper did not work it was not fit for purpose = By law under the act 2015 the car bought should be fit for purpose.

Brought a car from Oxford motor company and after one day everything just fell apart, the window wiper didn't even work so that was 250 for a new one, amd to add to the faults the alternator pully was rattling around the engine so that was another 250 on top, not to mention it needed new brakes and a new tyre, remember ive only had the car for one day, I emailed them about the faults with the car they sold me but were very defensive and was no help at all, kind to your face to get the sale but after that your on your own.

I'm a first-time customer and I found the Oxfordshire Motor Company attentive and helpful. When I arrived to pick up the car it had developed a minor electrical fault which we agreed they could sort in the following week. This they did and collected the car from me, so I was not inconvenienced at all. Very good service, in my view.

The Oxford Motor Company were great when I bought my Ford Focus Last year. They were really helpful and friendly and when I collected the car it was immaculate. I have had no issues with it at all up to now and I have had it for almost 6 months. The staff were very helpful. the only downside is I didn't receive much info about what was covered under warranty but I didn't have any issues during the warranty period anyway so its fine. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

James & dan from the Oxfordshire Motor Company are very polite, easy to deal with and do what they say they will do. Great service, I cannot fault them.
I would avoid The Oxfordshire Motor Company at all costs, very unprofessional and bad customer service. Unfortunately in a world where customer satisfaction should matter to James and Dan this is not the case, after verbally agreeing a price for a vehicle Dan went ahead to sell the vehicle to someone else for more money. I tried to contact Dan via his mobile and office phone but still haven't heard back from him to explain what happened, his customer service skills are horrendous. I would not recommend this dealership and would not entertain doing business with them ever again. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!
