I was dealing with a guy called Jack (the owner). He advertised a Transit (YP59 OZO) on ebay. We agreed on the price, then travelled 100miles to his garage to view to the van. Cutting the long story short, ...... he told me he could not find the log book hence return tomorrow. The next day I called him before setting off and was not picking or returning my calls. Finally got him after using a different number and he was so rude. Not a business minded at all. Abusive language to say the least. Very, very, very unprofessional. These type of people needs to be striked off from dealing with the public. He wasted my time with false promises. The v5C doc was just a hiding reason for something that he didn't want me to find out on the van. His answers were not straight from the beginning. In short KEEP AWAY. Something odd with them. I couldn't find the Pitstop Trade Centre website either yet they claim to sell high value vehicles. THINK, THINK!

I bought a car from the Pitstop Trade Centre a few years ago. They do not bother to present like a showroom. They sell them as they buy them. They do not spend money on them but pass that saving onto the customer. If you want to be sweat talked and fussed over for a gleaming car in showroom condition, they may not be for you. If you want a good vehicle with the usual marks and wear they pick up in normal use, and you want it at a bargain price then this could be just the right place for you. Do not expect them to run after you or fuss over you though. It is a take it or leave type business because they know if you do not want it, plenty of others will.

The Pitstop Trade Centre is not a RAC dealers, not even registered on any sites. I would defo avoid this place as you WILL be wasting your money. Even the address for the place is wrong. When the simple things are being hidden that must tell you a lot. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Brought a transit van from the pit stop trade centre very happy with the van and very happy with the service I got from jack and very happy with the other guys on the yard all the answers I had they helped answer them. would highly recommend the pit stop trade centre thank you guys will be back in a few years for my next van.

I brought a vivaro a few weeks ago from the Pitstop Trade Centre, very happy with the van not had any issues with the van delt with Jack and he couldn't do enough to help me and my wife he sat with us shown us all the paperwork I really don't believe the bad reviews on here are true as never could fault the guys or the vehicles very helpful people 5 star.

I tried for weeks to contact The Pitstop Trade Centre after constantly being hanged up on for no apparent reason. The day i finally got through to Jack, i was greeted by someone that sounded as if they had no interest whatsoever. I kindly asked for some information in regards to a van i was interested in, but the only reply i had from Jack was, ''I have no idea as the van isn't with me at the moment''. I asked if i could call back in a few hours to have the information(service history, previous owners and current m.o.t etc). I called back but was hanged up on 4x and so i decided to leave it. Fast forward one month, i called Jack again only to be hanged up on, what a surprise! He doesnt seem to like it when people are actually interested in the vans he has for sale it seems. I called a separate number and got through to his employee which then handed the phone over to jack for me. I explained id like to come and view the van a.s.a.p, to which he responded was fine to do so, I arrived and took the van for a test drive and asked the ''employee'' to speak to Jack in regards to the log book and agreeing on a deal for the van. The employee told me i would have to travel down the rd to a shop where Jack was located. This is because he was on his computers too busy to come down and show any interest in a paying customer. The employee stated that Jack wont come to us(we were located at the van yard with all of the vehicles) as he has another business down the road and he is busy! The condition of the vans at this premises deserve in a scrap yard and should not be sold or even looked at by the general public. Suspension, steering and braking issues were found once the van was taken by a test drive. If you want to buy a tatty looking van that will probably cost you hundreds in repairs after you've bought it, go ahead and buy from this place :) They are not RAC approved and they do NOT offer warranty!

Bought a car from The Pitstop Trade Centre back in May as I needed a more economical car. They were willing to take my old car in part ex despite very low amounts of money changing hands. Very pleasant to deal with. I can't comment about their vans which seem to be their main source of business but if you need a cheap run about, this is the place to go. Don't expect the usual dealer experience

The Pitstop Trade Centre claim on their website that they are RAC approved. This is not the case I have called the RAC and they have nothing to do with them. Beware !!!!

I bought a Viavro Sport van from the Pitstop Trade Centre. I looked all round the county for a black one in lwb the pitstop sold me one. Ive had the van for 6 month been fine, runs like a dream, very happy.
