Do not buy from The Pitstop Trade Centre, they are a rip off. I believe they buy all their stuff from auction and doesn't fix the vans when you take them back. They come across all nicey nicey at first but really they totally arrogant when approached and couldn't care less.

I traveled 250 miles to collect a van from The Pitstop Trade Centre after speaking to Jack and he confirmed the van was tidy and had air con when I arrived no one was available to collect me from the train station as agreed, Jack wasn't even there he'd gone out. After viewing the van NO Air Con, dents all scratches all over. Engine light came on during test drive wouldn't give refund stuck there. BEWARE you have been warned

Do not bother buying a van from this place traveled 6 hours to get there and the van was nothing like described the advert said very tidy van with little use Whitch was not the case the front looked like it had been crashed engine leaking oil engine knocking interior was scruffy and had expandable foam every were was told it had just passed an mot I don't see how as all four tyres were bald and illegal needless to say I did not buy the van just annoyed I wasted a day off to veiw this van and it was nothing like described

Don't bother with this lot, Travelled five hour round trip after making sure the vehicle was ready for collection to get there and find only 4 gears and it hadn't even been mot'd after checking 3 times. Jack told me got confused with another van!!

I have brought two van from the pitstop trade centre and have bin very happy and they are very helpfull,,,im not sure the other review listed are true ...about the pitstop trade centre

Vehicle seems okay so far, but he Pitstop Trade Centre didn't describe it completely accurately. Money was knocked off to compensate for this but seller didn't give us a receipt and became verbally abusive when challenged over this. It was an unpleasant experience but reading the other reviews it seems it could have been worse!

Bought a van from The Pitstop Trade Centre and it couldn't possibly be any worse. An engine light came on after 5 mins of driving. Tried to resolve the matter with the garage but they cudnt care less. The van has now been sat at the side of the road for a year and was re tested by VOSA only to find 7 failures and 5 advisories even though the garage provided a clear MOT certificate with not even an advisory. I wouldnt buy anything from this company, it's appears to be run by people who think there above the law. Customer service stinks and I'd strongly suggest never buying anything from this shit garage ever. Don't say you haven't been warned.

I bought a van four days ago, had some smoke coming from engine bay. Was told a fuel leak had occurred when changing a pipe but was fully sorted now and all I needed to do was get it steam cleaned. Got it steam cleaned 3 days later after not driving it at all before then, then drive to Birmingham from Nottingham on the fourth day to have the van go up in flames and completely burnt out. Owner doesn't care and taking no responsibility. My big sister is doing a newspaper report on this and will be suing him for everything he has got, I could be dead right now.

I bought a car from this dealer in October 2014 how I got home alive I don't now. My garage man said it was in appalling condition brakes were worn down tyres were illegal and that's just a few things the list was endless. I have tried to contact the dealer but never get replies he refuses to speak. This was 4 months ago now I am now taking him to small claims court . A respectful family business it states on his website !!!!!
