Brilliant, I am really happy with the PR7 Car Company and Mark especially for his exceptional customer service. Mark has been very good start to finish and made the whole experience one to remember. I have had lots of Audi TT's, I settled on another as it is low millage, good price and automatic so ticked all the box's which I required from a car.

Everything with The PR7 Car Company in Chorley was done over the phone with Jamie because I live in London so I did not travel to see the car in Person. Jamie was really helpful and sent me a video of the car and it looked in perfect condition, he also answered any questions which I had and he went through everything with me in detail. My new Mini was delivered within the time that they said it would and it was in amazing condition and it was valeted to a very high standard. It was a very smooth transaction which left me extremely impressed with the service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I visited The PR7 Car Company in Chorley recently and I fell in love with the Range Rover that they had available. When I walked into their showroom the car was presented so beautifully that I instantly knew it was coming back home with me. It was in such clean condition and had a fabulous valet carried out, it was gleaming. I live within walking distance from The PR7 Car Company and myself and my wife were looking for a new car so it made sense to come here to take a look at what they had available. We spoke to Mark and Jim and both of them were extremely helpful with everything, at first we did have a slight issue with the car but they got it booked into a garage for us and also provided us with a courtesy car while we had to wait for our car to be fixed. We have got it back now and it is perfect and we have not had any hiccups ever since. We both love the car to bits and enjoy driving it. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest dealer and we will continue to use them for any future car purchases.

The Lexus that myself and my husband purchased from here recently is absolutely spot on 👌. The V5 has just come through also so everything could not have gone any smoother than what it did do. Jim the sales executive that looked after us was very good, he let us take the car for a test drive, the car on handover was well presented and lovely and clean inside and out. What a wonderful experience it was dealing with PR7 at Chorley. I only rated this 4 out of 5 because I never give top marks to anyone, that is just the way I am.

The BMW has been great so far. No issues, everything is how it should be with the car. The sales guys were really good and absolutely smashed it. There was none of that pushiness and it was overall a flawless experience from start to end.
