Jamie was amazing, he couldn't do enough for me when I was buying the Ford Focus. Everytime I had a query or a question he was always on the other end of the phone and went out of his way to sort everything out. The car looked mint when I went to collect it, they gave the Ford a good wash and valet so it basically looked brand new. I would happily recommend Jamie and PR7 in general!

So far, the car is everything I expected and a pleasure to drive with no faults, except I may need to replace one of the tyre pressure sensors. Jamie has been a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful without being pushy, and has already provided good after sales service by obtaining a service record book for me when I noticed there wasn't one in the car. I have already recommended PR7 to a couple of people who I know are looking to purchase/ upgrade.

Oh the boys have been brilliant, both Jamie and Mark deserve a pat on the back they have been amazing to deal with. The Jag has been lovely to drive, it is going in for some work tomorrow, but they have been brilliant in organising that for me. I cannot fault a single thing, they have sorted everything for me, I couldn't have asked for much more from them!

It was quite a gamble for me buying from PR7, but I am so happy I took that risk as the car is absolutely beautiful. It was in such lovely condition, I was actually pleasantly surprised by how nice the car was, it was better than I imagined. I was actually in touch with the team yesterday as I had to get the speakers replaced on the car. I paid for the work to be carried out then they reimbursed me right away. There was no delays or excuses, the funds were there within a matter of minutes which I really appreciated! From beginning to end Mark and the boys were a real pleasure to deal with, it was so straight forwards, so quick and probably the easiest sale too. When I am after a change, this will be the first place I go😊.
