Avoid at all cost recently bought a vaxhaull zafira from this guy. Met us on a back road and lead us to a house in a Toyota Hilux. Zero customer care and false promises from the off. Mechanically the car is great but from a supposed reputable dealer we should not need to check a car over upon getting the car home. I have since noticed that 2 tyres were illegal and below minimum standards. Steven the owner of business assured us tyres had been changed and were fine aswell as supposedly changing the wipers and exhaust system. Also a damaged rear light. I should have checked the car over but had my 3 kids with me and did not want to keep them waiting alough I should not need to check a vehicle over from a reputable dealer. No care or attention from the owner and could not get rid of us quick enough I'm just as at fault but would definitely avoid this crook

completely satisfied from start to finish,met with Steven (Owner) and was made to feel very comfortable and informed at all stages of the purchase,similar cars I had viewed were nowhere near the price point or standard Richmond motor company had to offer me,total pleasure to do buisness with

The Richmond Motor Company do not care what time they bring your car back at 3.30 told a Car would be back asap.not returned till 6.30 when I phone said I needed it back did not care I had to pay money for someone to take my will not ever get another son out i will never get another car from them car from them.

Steven who is the owner of The Richmond Motor Company in Kirkcaldy described car as mint and agreed to send full tank of fuel. On delivery only a quarter of a tank of fuel was in the car and pixels were missing from display. All in all out of pocket by about £546.50. When I challenged this I was basically told in no uncertain terms to deal with it. What an absolute charmer. I have now left it in the hands of Trading Standards to sort out.
