It was my first time buying a car online and on my own, without the help of my brother. When I found the Audi A3 online, I hated how far away the car was as it is about 4 hours away from where I lived. So with it being so far away, I contacted the dealership and asked 110 questions about the car. Once I was happy I went ahead and purchased the car (without seeing it) the team delivered it at the exact time they said they were due to arrive. Once it arrived, I was happy to see that the car was as advertised/ described! I have already recommended this dealership to my sister as she is going to be in the market for a car soon and she lives closer to the dealership so she can go and view the cars they have.

This has to be the best customer service I have received from any dealership. All of the staff treat you like a friend and not a customer, everyone was really helpful from start to finish. I purchased my Audi Q5 from this dealership as I was in the market for a big car but now I'm in the market for a smaller car and I have already taken a look on their website to purchase one from here. This dealership needs to be recognised by more people. I couldn't recommend them enough. I would give 10/10 if I could.
