Really happy with just how professional the team at The Small Car Company were, so much so I have since taken my friend down to look at some cars too. The car is great, a VW Tiguan so we have more space for the whole family. There were a couple lights which flicked on but they disappeared just as quick. The car is going in for a full service on the 18th and I don't suspect this will cause any issues. Would defiantly buy from them again.

Car is going really well and so far no issues. I wanted a decent size estate and the Jaguar XF almost just fell into my lap, the perfect car, perfect price on the perfect day. The staff have all been really friendly and accommodating Very happy all round.

Couldn't be happier with my new Hyundai I30 and the staff who helped me were brillient. I took the car for a full service just for my own peace of mind and everything checked out except a small issue with the mirror indicator. I have decided to fix this myself and have already ordered the part as it is not a big job and cost me next to nothing. The guy was very pleasant, answered all my questions and its a great run around car for too and from work.

I went to The Small Car Company on the hunt for a small van, I found what I was looking for in the form of a Peugot Expert. The price was negotiated based on a few cosmetic bits which needed to be resolved and a Cam Bet service which was due, I haven't driven the van much sines buying because it has been in fr the cam belt service however, I do feel i have gotten a good deal and so far the van seems mechanically really well. Very happy with The Small Car Company.

I really can't stand the stereotypical car dealer, I don't need to have my feathers stroked and ego lifted, I just need my questions answered and someone to crunch the numbers with. The service in dealing with The Small Car Company was perfect, it was very respectful from both sides and just felt like two gentlemen having a conversation. The car is a 17th Birthday present for my daughter, she has shown an interest in this specific car so we have been looking for a good while. Compared to the others we have seen, this is excellent value for money, very clean and well prepared, the little bits we wanted looking at were resolved instantly like the flat tire. We were in the dealership for a couple hours on the first visit and the car was prepped and ready for our departure. I could throw complementary words around all day and all would be justified but the long and short of it is, the service was polite, simple, easy and very professional, the car is absolutely pristine and I'm sure my daughter will be made up.

I went to The Small Car Company looking for a nice all-round family car, they had a Vauxhall Mokka which was in really good condition and seemed perfect for me and my family. There is plenty of space for me and the kids and all the little bit we need daily. I can't remember the salesmen we dealt with however, they were both incredibly helpful, professional and really pleasant to deal with start to finish. Very satisfied, I can see why they are rated the best in Eastleigh.

I travelled from up North to visit Mike and his Team in relation to a 2014 Mercedes GL. The car was very well presented. On arrival he had ensured plenty of fuel for an extended test drive. We worked out a deal on my PX and I happily drove the car away. My main concern was aftercare, as I live 5hrs and 300 miles away. Mike assured me that should there be a problem he would take care of it as he never walks away from a customer. I soon after discovered a water leak which required a new pump and this was completed locally under warranty. I received a recall notice from MB for steering rack bolts and whilst having them replaced they discovered an oil leak. Long story short, I required two major seals replacing. These were not covered under warranty. Mike authorised the repair and today refunded me the cost, which was substantial. This is a solid company and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Excellent service all round.

My experience with the car has been great so far. Colin was brill to have a chat with and had everything ready at the dealership, including the service and MOT. He even took care of the car before my arrival by filling it with petrol, which was a nice touch. Dealing with the company has been a 5-star experience, from the initial call and finance discussion. Colin was able to secure a lower interest rate for me, and when I came to pick up the car, he provided all the necessary history. It was a well-handled process from start to finish.

Colin has been nothing but helpful along the way. I was buying my girlfriend her first car and she is over the moon with it. I went for the Fiat 500 and I can not fault it. The girlfriend is happy, I am happy and the dealership is happy. I have no complains what so ever. The sale was personable, the chaps were very easy to get along with and I got a very good car for my girlfriend at the end of it. 5 stars for everything! The service was outstanding!

Very pleased over all and I am so glad I got the Hyundai IX35 when I did because I knew it was going to sell so fast. The sales guy had people calling up about it well I was there to I snatched it well I could and I love it! Very pleased with the service I would rate a 5!
