We could not be happier with the Yaris we purchased. The previous one we had was 10 years older with no power steering. Its been a refreshing change to be able to turn a corner with ease! Dont get me wrong, we did like the old one but the newer model is far better suited to us. We also found the customer service to be just as good. Everyone we spoke to at the small car company was extremely helpful and made it a pleasurable buying experience.

The car is predominantly for my wife, however, when nipping around I do take the Fiat every now and then. It is a very nice little car to drive, it is a very smooth runner! It was a very straight to the point simple sale purchasing from The Small Car Company. My wife went to view the car, liked what she saw, then the car was dropped off to us within the next few days. It was a very straight to the point simple sale, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

If your like me and have no clue about cars but must go on your own to get one.... The small car company is the place to go soooo helpful and friendly really helped me out and didn't take advantage knowing I'm clueless which was so nice, had I gone elsewhere I know I wouldn't have been treated as good as I was. Thank you the genuine and honest service I will be back when I want to upgrade this one!

Couldn't be happier with my A3, on collection it smelt like a new car and looked ever so shiny and clean. In regards to the customer service side there is nothing bad I can say. They all went above and beyond and I could even hear comments from other customers about how polite the staff were there. Highly recommend The small car company to anyone young or old, they have something for everybody!

Very good set of people down at The Small Car Company very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. The car came with a few minor issues but they sorted it fast and effectively so couldn't be happier.
