On the whole my x5 has been doing well and the process of buying it was good. There was a slight technical error which left me waiting a little longer than expected but these things can't be helped when the computer says no 🙊 The team were polite to deal with and accommodated me as best they could.

I had a really good experience here thanks guys! I did run into an issue with the X3 in the early days of the purchase but the owner dealt with me personally throughout this situation and got it rectified really swiftly. I couldn't have asked for better. Since then (touch wood) the car has been bob on.

It was a little while ago that I visited The Small Car Company but to my memory everything went well. I found the team to be polite. I have had my Mercedes for the best part of a year now and haven't come across any problems so you can't say fairer than that.

We had no problems with the customer service when buying our car from here, we were able to have the car delivered which suited our needs. The car overall is great, we did have one snag with the aircon but other than that its doing well.

I had the soundest of guys dealing with me. They were great to be fair, helped me with everything and were easy to talk to and that. I think Colin was great I would more than happily purchase another car from The Small Car Company it was a pleasure.

I purchased a cracking BMW 1 Series down at The Small Car Company, what a deal I got!! The customer service was wonderful. I found the staff in the dealership so helpful and kind, they were always ready to give a helping hand. I was shocked at how fast my turn around was, it was super quick and smooth and just all round a great experience!! I would more than happily use again based on my recent experience at the dealership. 😁😁😁
