Hi The Small Car Company, Hope you are well, I just come to say thank you so much for my Golf, its a brilliant car and hasn't skipped a beat. Its been nothing but enjoyable since the purchase. I had a small error with the clutch and I can not tell you how helpful the guys down at the dealership were, they paid for the work to be done and got it fixed in no time. (this was no error of your dealership) I received a very high level of customer service. These guys could not of done more for me. Thank you!!!

Overall I am very happy, my 4 Series is a very good car and I can say with confidence there have been no issues with it since the day I bought it. Mike and the rest of the team are great and I would happily return to this dealership for another car.

I am so impressed with the MPG on my Golf, when I was getting ready to buy my next car one of the biggest factors was the MPG due to the regular long journeys I do. I found my Golf online and I was pleased with the condition, mileage etc and the colour was nice so I went down to look in person. I dealt with a team member called Mike and he was kind enough to get my queries looked into. Mike even arranged to have the car delivered to me when it was ready and I can't stress enough how convenient I found this.

The customer service at The Small Car Company was excellent- you can't ask for more when a problem is raided and it is dealt with immediately. When I was driving off the lot there was an issue with one of the tyres and they put this right straight away. The dealership is tip top and I would absolutely recommend. I am very pleased with my BMW, thanks guys.

I had a lovely car buying experience at The Small Car Company, Andy was very friendly and helpful. I don't think I could have asked for more. The Mazda I bought has been doing very well on the whole. I will be give four stars but that is a high mark from me because no one gets a five!

We bought a mini clubman from this company a few months ago and we’re very impressed with their service. We bought it online and was delivered to us free of charge despite a 70 mile journey ! All Andy asked was to be dropped at the nearest station.We are very pleased with our new car! Good price and great condition!

Bought a VW Golf for my daughter Nov 2020 from Mike at Small Car Company, which from previous experiences of buying cars at other dealers was an absolute pleasure. Not only the buying process but the after sales was unreal. We found that the car had a small coolant leak after driving for 2 days, made one phone call and was advised to drop car off when suitable for me for them to look at. Picked the car up with this issue repaired and was advised that they had replaced the Cam belt as well as it was not 100% this was all at no cost to myself.

I agreed a deal with Andy at the Small Car Company over the phone having only seen photos of it on the internet. I had been looking for a particular car for some time and their price was, without a doubt, the best I could find nationally. The car was every bit as good as it had been described. I was not disappointed! I have had the car a few weeks now and it has performed faultlessly Mike picked me up at the railway station when I went to collect the car making the process very easy. Both Andy and Mike were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I could not be more happy with the car and the service I received. A great company to deal with - Highly recommended.
