As I always say - 'if its got wheels something is going to go wrong' and the water pump did sadly fail on me. I always find you never find out how good a place is until something goes wrong and blimey these guys were more than good! They got all things covered and a few added extras too! I am really chuffed with the car and I cant thank The Small Car Company enough. They went above and beyond.

On the whole my x5 has been doing well and the process of buying it was good. There was a slight technical error which left me waiting a little longer than expected but these things can't be helped when the computer says no 🙊 The team were polite to deal with and accommodated me as best they could.

I had a really good experience here thanks guys! I did run into an issue with the X3 in the early days of the purchase but the owner dealt with me personally throughout this situation and got it rectified really swiftly. I couldn't have asked for better. Since then (touch wood) the car has been bob on.

It was a little while ago that I visited The Small Car Company but to my memory everything went well. I found the team to be polite. I have had my Mercedes for the best part of a year now and haven't come across any problems so you can't say fairer than that.

We had no problems with the customer service when buying our car from here, we were able to have the car delivered which suited our needs. The car overall is great, we did have one snag with the aircon but other than that its doing well.

I purchased a cracking BMW 1 Series down at The Small Car Company, what a deal I got!! The customer service was wonderful. I found the staff in the dealership so helpful and kind, they were always ready to give a helping hand. I was shocked at how fast my turn around was, it was super quick and smooth and just all round a great experience!!
