I'm desperate to pass my driving test, so my dad thought it'd be a good idea for me to learn to drive in my own car. I love the Fiat 500's and think they're a great girls car, so my dad helped me look for one on Autotrader. He said we should only consider AA approved dealerships, and the small car company ticked every box. The staff at the dealership were honestly so lovely, I felt comfortable instantly as they had a really friendly vibe. I'm loving my car even though I'm not passed yet, but hopefully I'll be on the road soon!

We recently bought our 3rd Ford Kuga from the small car company. and we're absolutely thrilled with both the car & service received. We've taken the car on a few long journeys and we're super happy with it. They're just great all-rounders with plenty of space and modern comforts.. We'd not dealt with the chaps at the dealership before, but their customer service has been second to none. The car had a small warning light a few days after collection, but they booked us in immediately, gave us a courtesy car & fixed it within 24 hours - Now that's what I call exceptional service!! Our son has disabilities which require round-the-clock care, so we were in urgent need of a vehicle for his team. The Small Car Company had a Nisan Elgrand advertised which fitted the bill perfectly - Especially with sliding side doors. The car's comfortable, spacious & is just the job - My only complaint is the crazy insurance costs...but that's nothing to do with the garage, more to do with he fact we have to ensure 21 year old carers! I think we dealt with a gentleman called Andy who was pleasant and just generally helpful. A positive experience all round.

We knew what we wanted (a Mini Cooper), and spent a lot of time researching dealerships locally. We visited each and every one as part of our selection process...you can never be too careful these days. Historically we've always owned Fords, but I fell in love with the new Mini's - I just love the way they look on the road & finally convinced my husband it was time for a change. We opted for the Mini Countryman as it's a slightly beefed up version offering more space and absolutely LOVE it!! It's running really well & we're over the moon with our purchase. The chaps at the Small Car Co were brilliant - Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We'd buy another car from them again in future without hesitation.

I'm admiring my lovely new Mercedes C Class as I write this review haha - She's not moved off my drive yet though as I'm saving her until I retire later this year. I've worked for Mercedes for years on the commercial side, and have always had a company car so personally, there's no other brand I'd ever consider. The chaps at The Small Car Company were as good as gold - I can't fault them so thought I'd write this review as my little way of saying thank you. Roll on retirement!

I located the vehicle on the website on a Sunday when they were closed, I messaged asking to view the next day and Michael replied to my message within the hour. Visited on the Monday afternoon, car was everything they said, purchased it there and then and drove it home. Three days later it developed a warning fault on the dashboard, I contacted them and was asked to bring it back for them to review, it was with them overnight during which time I was loaned a courtesy car, picked it up the next day and everything has been perfect. Excellent sales, after service and attention, can't thank Michael or Andy more, would not hesitate recommending the Small car company.
