I needed a new car, and I had driven past The Trade Centre quite a few times as I live locally. I was pleased with the service that was provided. Hussain really showed great customer service. My father suffers from a bad knee, and Hussain got a golf cart ready for us to go around in. It was great customer service and showed me that, although they are a big dealership, they still really care about the customer experience. I also found the turnaround was quick, the dealership was presentable, and all the cars were tidy and placed in the right locations. I am very thankful to the team, and I am loving the car, no issues at all.

I bought a Mini One Classic from The Trade Centre. I haven’t actually used it at all yet, apart from driving it back, but the drive back was smooth, and it seems to be a great car. I did feel a little pushed by the finance team at the dealership. It seemed she wouldn’t take no for an answer and just kept pushing for me to change my mind regarding my finance decisions. However, the guy who sold me the car and helped me initially was brilliant and really stood out, as well as quite a few other staff members I came across. I am happy with the condition of the car, and apart from that one hiccup, everything was done to a good standard.

Brilliant experience at The Trade Centre. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, but Joe helped out by showing me cars similar in style to what I’ve had, and he took on board everything I said regarding what I was looking for. I went for a Fiat 500 Pop, and I am really enjoying it so far. It has a similar engine size to my Ford KA, which I had previously. I would highly recommend The Trade Centre. It was recommended to me by others who had also purchased from here, and I now know why.

Excellent service provided by Lewis, he is friendly and helpful and really made it an easy and quick process. Everything so far is going well with my new Mazda and I have had no issues with the vehicle so far, I am waiting for a parcel shelf to be fitted by the dealership but hopefully this will be done soon. Other than that there was no waiting around and I am happy with the service that I received on the day.

Sam helped tremendously when I was purchasing my vehicle from The Trade Centre. I needed a car that day, and despite the rain and needing a quick turnaround, he got it done for me. I arrived in the afternoon and left by 6pm. Tanya was also very helpful, and I am really impressed with the team. I have had some issues with the car, but again, the After Sales team has helped me out massively. It has been nothing but quick responses, and my vehicle is booked in tomorrow for a service. Thank you to everyone at the dealership.

I purchased my first Mercedes recently from The Trade Centre. I am finding it to be a smooth drive and a lovely car so far. The customer service I received was good; I have no complaints, and everything went smoothly.

I live locally to The Trade Centre, and although I have been before, this was my first time going to actually purchase a vehicle for myself. Kegan helped me with the purchase; he was very knowledgeable, answering every question I had, and really reassured me with anything I was unsure about. I didn't feel pressured to purchase at all. I do think they could have at least put some petrol in the car when I took it back, but apart from this, the car was cleaned, and the process was quick.

A friend recommended The Trade Centre to me, and I went and purchased a Hyundai Tucson from them. All the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome at the dealership. The car was cleaned, and I felt all the service was really good. I have already recommended others to go to The Trade Centre.

4 stars only because I was told that there was a service book with the car before I went ahead with it, but it turned out the car never came with one. The car itself has been alright so far because of not having a service book, is why I haven't given 5 stars.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I’m really happy with my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, and the customer service was excellent. A special mention to Kirsty, who was especially great and really helpful. I can’t fault the service from the team at The Trade Centre UK (Rotherham) absolutely brilliant.
