4 stars only because I was told that there was a service book with the car before I went ahead with it, but it turned out the car never came with one. The car itself has been alright so far because of not having a service book, is why I haven't given 5 stars.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I’m really happy with my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, and the customer service was excellent. A special mention to Kirsty, who was especially great and really helpful. I can’t fault the service from the team at The Trade Centre UK (Rotherham) absolutely brilliant.

The only reason for giving 4 stars isn't because anyone did anything wrong, it's just because there was a delay with getting the paperwork done, but it was a weekend and it all got sorted. The car is going well, and to date, I haven't noticed anything wrong with it.

Buying my car at Rotherham was great to be honest. From the sales person ( Liam ) to the finance and after sales have all been brilliant. I have to rate it at a 5 *****

So far I'm getting on really well with my new purchase. Happy to give top marks, but the only thing I noticed was that it took me about an hour to get seen too, but once I was seen, everything from then on went really well. I felt that Derek was lovely, talked me through everything really well, and although I was able to take the car home on the same day, I decided against it due to timing on my side.

I’ve bought another car from Trade Centre Rochdale because their prices are always competitive and I feel like I get a good deal every time. This time was no different. Thanks to the team for the great service. I’m sure I’ll be back for another in the future.

Brilliant actually fab service forgotten the salesmans name he was very patient and not pushy and very professional wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.

Initially the car was great but after driving it for a little while, I found that it had a couple of issues. I called up the team and they were able to book the car in. The issue was resolved quickly, and within an hour, the car was sorted. The whole process was smooth and I've got no qualms.

So far everything with my car has been fine. I visited the Rotherham branch in February, and the customer service from everyone was spot on. 5 stars!
