I was really upset when my C4 got written off, but since we live just down the road from Trade Centre Rotherham we decided to visit the same day to see what they had in stock. We found another C4 but this one was much newer and had a higher spec, so we went for it. Driving away that evening I realised it's far better than my previous car. It’s packed with new functions and features that I'm still figuring out! The team at the dealership made us feel so welcome, so I’d definitely rate our experience 5/5 without a doubt.

I then scheduled an appointment to test drive a little Citroen C3 I lied the look of. The staff were amazing and applied no pressure at all. Trade Centre Coventry offers a great selection of cars giving us plenty of options to choose from. We had a specific model in mind and decided on a Renault Captur which suits our needs perfectly. The car had been sitting for a while, so we encountered a few minor issues when we first picked it up. However, the staff at the dealership were very helpful and quick to address and resolve everything efficiently.

I'm absolutely over the moon with my Citroen C4!! It's absolutely perfect and much better than the one I had before. Looking back, I’m almost glad my old car was written off—everything happens for a reason I suppose! I'm still getting used to all the fancy functions but it’s amazing to have a modern car with much better spec. The whole sales process at Trade Centre Rotherham was straight-forward and easy, and everyone I dealt with were lovely. It was a really positive experience and definitely turned a sad situation into a really happy one, so thanks to everyone for their input.
