The staff were extremely helpful and professional throughout, and I especially appreciated that they were not overly pushy, which made things feel more relaxed and stress-free. There were no negatives whatsoever.

The moment we walked in we were looked after very well by a lovely guy called Wisdom! He was very nice and explained everything really well and was super helpful! Then we went through to Nicole who was more than amazing! She went through absolutely everything with me and made sure I was okay with everything, she knew it was my first time financing a car and did her upmost to meet my needs and went beyond that! I had been looking at a car over in Wales, but the guys showed me a Vauxhall Astra they had in-stock at Rochdale and I decided that was the one for me! The handover was seamless and the car was immaculate. I felt well taken care of by the staff and the car was everything I hoped for and more.
