Seems to be a good car, not a bad deal, but equally not the best. Good customer sales service, I just hope I never have to speak to after-sales

Asad explained everything very clearly. He was happy to go over things that I wasn't sure of and he did everything for me. There was no need to sort out the log book or tax as he'd arranged it all.

We'd like to say thanks to Sarah and Rob for all their help and support. We bought a Mercedes-Benz C 300 back in December and they looked after us ever so well. We got a great car at a good price and have no complaints whatsoever. They misquoted us on the price of the road tax, so we were a bit shocked when it jumped up from £180 to £500 per year, but Sarah was absolutely golden and made up the difference. We change our cars every couple of years and will be back without a doubt.

VW's are really reliable. I had a Polo which lasted me many years with no issues, so I decided to stick to the brand with my new car. I wanted something a bit sportier, and am now the proud owner of a Golf R. It's definitely a LOT faster and I'm never late anymore hahah! The staff at Trade Centre in Rochdale were kind, respectful, offered me plenty of hot drinks and answered all my questions easily. They were really attentive and made the whole process super smooth. My friend bought a car from them the week after following my recommendation, No complaints.
