My Hyundai i20 is the second car I've bought from Trade Centre Rochdale and their service was just as good as I remembered! The staff were really good and super patient. I think I spent about 4 hours deciding which car to go for but they bared with me whilst being were nice and helpful. I went for the i20 as my mum has an i40 and it's been a great choice so far! I'd certainly recommend Trade Centre based on my experience to date.

I've always been aware of The Trade Centre as follow them on socials etc. I bought a Mondeo from them a month or so ago, and both the car and customer service were wonderful.

My neighbour crashed into both mine & my moms cars at home so I've only just got it back 🙈 Luckily the bumpers all fixed now so it's as good as new. My boyfriend is always looking at cars, and when Trade Centre emailed him about a special deal they were running, I decided to check out my local branch. I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me but I'd like to thank him for all his help.

Everyone I met here was absolutely lovely! My sales advisor was great and the branch manager was fab too. There was an issue with their internet on the day which meant I couldn't make the payment as planned, but they were really accommodating and I returned the next day to complete everything. Since then I've driven about 400 miles in my Focus and it's been fine!

The guys couldn't do enough for me. They were super helpful, answered all my questions and even helped me tax the car which was much appreciated. I've docked a point as I felt they were a bit pushy with the extended warranty, but they ended up throwing it in for me eventually so I can't complain too much.

My daughter's had a couple of cars from the Rochdale branch of Trade Centre UK previously. In fact she bought her latest one literally one week before me! Her cars have always been good quality and she's been pleased with the service, and I can see why...My Mazda CX is absolutely smashing!! There was a slight issue with the payment facilities due to an internet outage in the area, but that was beyond their control. We popped back to complete the payment and collect the car the following day and it was presented lovely! We drove it straight up to Edinburgh for New Year so i've had plenty of time to get used to it. Now I understand why my daughter always buys her cars here—I’ll definitely be doing the same from now on!

We live near Trade Centre in Rochdale so when our previous car was nearing the end of its life, we decided to visit and take a look around. The staff at the dealership were fantastic—attentive but never pushy. It felt like they were available when needed but gave us space to browse in our own time. We chose a Ford Focus and were able to collect it the next day after our finance was processed. The car was absolutely spotless and we’re pleased with our decision.

We purchased our Renault Captur from Trade Centre Rochdale toward the end of November. Shortly after I encountered an issue with the driver’s side electric window—it wouldn’t work properly and of course it happened at the worst possible time! I was leaving a car park in pouring rain and the window wouldn’t roll back up! I called Trade Centre and they asked me to come over right away so they could manually close it for me. They ordered a new window switch and scheduled me in for repair the following week. Since then it’s been working perfectly. During the purchase process we were assisted by a young man named Romeo. He was extremely knowledgeable and if he didn’t have an answer to a question, he found it out straight away. His service and communication were both excellent from start to finish.
