The Mercedes purchased from the Trade Centre was on behalf of my daughter, and she uses it every day for work. We even took it to London the other weekend, and she’s very pleased with it. As always, the customer service was fine. I’ve had a couple of cars from here now, and they’re always helpful, answer all my questions, and sort everything out.

Everything with my Skoda has been going okay, I'm happy with it. I was also satisfied with the customer service from The Trade Centre, as it was the perfect experience.

So far my Seat Leon is going great. There was an issue at the start of owning it, to do with the warranty, but it's all been sorted now and no other issues have happened. The service I received on the day was great. Everyone was really polite and helpful, to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I agreed to take the car on Sunday and by Monday it was ready to collect.

The car purchased from the TTC Coventry was for my daughter, and she's really happy with it. I've driven it a couple of times myself, and it's a really nice drive. We were looking for a BMW and when we came across the 520D, we thought it was a nice car and I felt the deal was just right. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was really helpful, really supportive when it came to the paperwork, and it was a no-pressure sale. Only 4 stars because I didn't get a cup of coffee haha, but overall it was a good experience.

On one of the days I came down, there was an initial problem but the day after, I headed back to the dealership and the issue was resolved. Everything else from there on has been absolutely fine.

My Peugeot 208 has been brill, I'm super happy with it! My previous car was a Peugeot, so this one isn’t too dissimilar for the time I've driven it. The service on the day was amazing, I can’t remember the name of the salesman, but everyone involved was really helpful. I originally said no on the day, but after sleeping on it, I went back the next day to get it.

I can't think of anything that would have made the experience 5 stars, but so far, I haven't had any issues with the service. On the day, everything was clearly explained with no hidden surprises, unless they're still hidden! Overall, though, I've had my BMW since December, and it's been absolutely fine.

This was my first time buying a car from this dealership and I felt everything went well. After getting some more information on the car I came to see (Hyundai I30), I was happy to go ahead with it and managed to drive it away on the same day, without any delays.

So far everything with my Nissan Juke is going well, I'm very happy with it and at the moment, I haven't had any issues with it. I just need to call the team to find out how I can make an extra payment on my finance.
