The little Fiesta I bought here five years ago was recently written off, and I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted to replace it with. I decided to pop over to Trade Centre Coventry just to browse and get some ideas. I was greeted by Islam, and I immediately let him know I wasn’t there to buy, even suggesting he focus on helping more serious customers. However, he reassured me that it was no trouble at all and stayed with me, providing plenty of information about different makes and models that suited my needs. Thanks to his support, I was able to make an informed decision without feeling pressured at any point. Islam is clearly great at his job because, by the end of my visit, I fell in love with and purchased a Kia Sportage! I’m so glad I did—it’s been absolutely fantastic. A big thank you to Islam for being amazing from start to finish—I truly couldn’t fault a single thing with my experience.

My aunt and uncle have bought a couple of cars off the Trade Centre in Coventry before, so I decided to give them a try. They definitely lived up to the recommendation! I found the staff to be super helpful and understanding when I reported a minor issue with my wing-mirror post-sale, getting me booked in pretty much immediately. I'm only awarding 4 stars as the finance APR was higher than I'd have liked, but I know that's beyond everyone's control.

Following a pretty serious back injury I've found it difficult to find a car that's comfortable for me to drive. The Trade Centre have loads of different makes/models in stock which gave me the perfect opportunity to try a few out. Cut a long story short I've ended up with a Citroen C4 Cactus and it's brilliant! I'd like to say a special thank you to the staff who stayed late to get me sorted. Very much appreciated.

Good service deserves a good review! Having bought our last car here we were really impressed with everything and everyone. We wrongly assumed that car supermarkets of this size would be high-pressure environments with pushy salesman, but the Trade Centre in Coventry is completely the opposite.

These guys deserve a medal!!!! I'm sure I drove them crazy going back and forth to about 15 different cars whilst I made my mind up 🙈 I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me as he was excellent. I'm pretty sure he was one of the managers but he was kind, patient, helpful and just brilliant really! Despite me taking forever, he let me look in peace but was on hand to answer my many, MANY questions. He deserves 5 stars without doubt!
