Really pleased with the little car I bought last month... it’s been absolutely brilliant! I’ve already taken it on a couple of longer trips to York and back and it’s been perfect. I kept hearing Trade Centre’s adverts on the radio, so I decided to check them out when it was time to change my car. The service was fast/efficient and the staff were really helpful in answering my questions. I’m giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 just because I would have liked a bit more time to browse the cars without a salesman present. But that’s a minor point in the grand scheme of things. Quite pleased overall!

My new car's all good - I've driven about 300 miles and it's just had a service and everything's sound. I drove about an hour each way to Wednesbury & it was deffo worth it. Can't remember the bloke's name who helped me but his service was proper.

Our experience with Trade Centre Wednesbury was absolutely brilliant! The guy who looked after us was incredibly lovely—he really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and suggested cars that suited our needs perfectly. He was so thorough and genuinely the nicest guy ever—he definitely deserves a big pat on the back! The dealership was extremely busy when we visited, but everything still ran smoothly and efficiently. We had a short wait, but sitting down with a hot coffee wasn’t exactly a hardship. Every staff member we met was polite and as helpful as possible. As a disabled family, we especially appreciated how the team brought everything to us instead of making us walk around the dealership. That level of thoughtfulness made a real difference. It was a fantastic experience overall and if I could give them 10 stars, I would!

The team at Trade Centre's Wednesbury branch couldn't have done anything better if they tried, so it's five stars from me. They were great throughout the initial sale and when I got back to them to report a couple of things wrong with the car, they handled the repairs well too. No complaints from me.

I can’t fault the enthusiasm of the staff at Trade Centre Wednesbury. I told them what I was looking for, and they selected a range of cars that matched my criteria. They then sat down with me to compare the pros and cons, which was a huge help given all the options available! I had a few minor issues with the car after driving away, but the aftersales team was just as fantastic and got everything sorted without any hassle. I'd like to extend my thanks to them for providing five star service throughout.

We heard about these guys through word of mouth and decided to give them a try when looking to swap our car. They did a fantastic job for us and we've no complaints. I don’t believe anything's ever perfect, so it’s a solid four stars from us.

Although I just pootle about, I'm really happy with how the car's driving so far. I definitely made the right choice in buying from my local branch of Trade Centre - The staff were absolutely amazing, particularly Dean with the little pony tail! He listened to everything we said, showed us lots of different options and expand everything really clearly. Even when we were waiting for the paperwork to be finalised, he kept checking in on us to make sure we were okay. He was genuinely kind, and our great experience was all thanks to him.

Everything's going great so far!! No complaints whatsoever.
