The guys at the Wednesbury branch were absolutely sound, and it took less than 3 hours from walking in the door to driving away in my new car which was spot-on.

Although we'd visited Trade Centre a couple of times before, this was our first time actually buying a car. My wife had her eye on a new Citroën, so we decided to head over and take a look. To say we were spoilt for choice is an understatement—there were so many makes, models, colours, and features to choose from. The finance application took a little longer than expected, but that couldn’t be helped. Everything seems to be going well with the car, and as long as the wife’s happy, I’m happy!

Trade Centre Wednesbury has a great selection of clean/tidy well-priced cars, which is the exact reason why I visited. I knew what I wanted and feel like I got a good deal, as the same make/model/spec was listed elsewhere for about £2k more so I can’t complain. That said, the sales approach felt a bit outdated and the team seemed overstretched, juggling multiple customers at once which slowed things down a bit. That being said, if you asked me if I'd return based on my overall experience, it'd have to be a yes.

Staff were all excellent and really attentive.

Car salesman very good. After sales people were helpful actually contacting you was extremely stressful taking numerous phone calls to getting anyone to answer being passed from department to another. After sales fixed my car problem contacting them and lack of information about car being fixed caused me problems getting car picked up otherwise happy thanks
