Excellent throughout the process

This is the first time we've had anything to do with The Trade Centre, but the service was actually super good. I'd like to say special thanks to the lady who talked us through the finance side of things as she was ever so thorough bless her.

Everything was done really well on the day I bought my A3, I'm just not sure I'm in love with the car unfortunately. I originally fancied a Q2/Q3 or a T-Roc, but my son convinced me to get the A3 because it had a nice spec, but it's just not for me and I'm struggling to get in and out of it. I feel a bit stuck with it, so I may visit the dealership to see if there are any options available. Again, I really appreciate the service I received—it’s just a matter of finding the right car for me.

Awarding four stars as my car's been back a couple of times to get bits and bobs fixed, but I'm thankful for the dealerships assistance in getting them done.

This is the second car I've bought from these guys and the service was very good again. The Peugeot 2008's the GT line so it's got a great spec! It's driving really and I'm very happy. Thanks to the team for all their help.

So far so good with my A-Class from the guys at Trade Centre Wednesbury. Happy with the car and the service I received. Nobodies perfect though, so I'm scoring them 4 stars.

I've always bought cars from this place, even before it got taken over. I'd say the level of service has stayed pretty consistent over the years, but they could definitely do with fixing that coffee machine haha!

I had a great experience buying a car from Trade Centre Wednesbury. The staff were very welcoming snd knowledgable about the specific car I wanted. They answered all questions and were very helpful in getting everything sorted. I would recommend if you are looking for a new car. I’ve had my car for about a month and a half with no issues at all.
