Very happy with my Mazda 6 and I'm enjoying driving it. The guys even posted me a fresh set of car mats which I thought was a nice touch. Five star service in my opinion.

I can't fault the service I received when I bought my Vauxhall Meriva a couple of weeks back. Only docked a point as I wish they had a few more automatic's in stock, but that's just me being overly picky.

Really happy with my new Fiesta ST line and the customer service I received here was great. I drove away the same day and the whole process was super quick and easy.

Our son's learning to drive so we thought we'd get him a car to learn in. My parents have bought from the Trade Centre before and said how fabulous they were, so we took him across one afternoon to have a look. Cut a long story short he's ended up with a Ford Fiesta ST line (lucky boy) and absolutely loves it! It's just what he wanted and the service couldn't have been any better.

Personally I think you get the measure of how good a dealership really is when you experience problems. I bought a Vauxhall Corsa but ran into difficulty with the clutch, so I reached out to the Trade Centre in Wednesbury and they booked me straight in. The car was in the garage for about 2 hours, but I didn't mind as they gave me their wifi password so I could work from the waiting room, and kept the drinks coming! Turns out it needed a new clutch spring which they replaced the same day, and it's been nothing short of perfect ever since. I really can't fault them and they've probably got a customer for life now.

I wish I could remember the name of the salesman that helped me when I bought my VW Polo recently. He was an absolute star and I definitely wouldn't have been able to have driven away with this car if it wasn't for him. I had a little Daewoo Matiz before and I never dreamt I'd have afforded a VW Polo. I got pre-approved for my finance online and made my way over to the dealership to pick a car. The man was so kind and really listened to what I wanted. He pointed out the Polo and I fell in love with it! He worked so so hard to find a way to make the deal work & managed to reduce the price to match my budget. I am so thankful for his help and am even more in love with my Polo now than when I first saw it.

Working in community care means I need a reliable car, so when my last one died I need to source a replacement ASAP! A friend of mine mentioned the Trade Centre & said I should check them out - Really glad I did! The guys over at the Wednesbury branch were really great with me. They listened carefully to what I wanted and why, then suggested suitable cars and gave me space to look around at my own pace. I fell in love with a BMW 2 Series but wasn't sure if it was within budget, but the guys pulled it round for me to test drive whist they worked on the figures for me. I had a Nissan Micra before so it's definitely a bit of an upgrade, and I really appreciated the efforts the guys went to in order to get it within budget. I'm honestly so proud of it and couldn't be happier.

Over the moon with my new Audi A3 and the service I received on the day was spot-on.

This new BMW 1 Series is something else! What a car!! Everyone at the Wednesbury branch of Trade Centre UK were great throughout the sales process and I drove away the same day which was ideal.
